Volume comparison (dB) ultrasonic to non-ultrasonic

I’m wondering if it is possible to compare the actual db of ultrasonic to non ultrasonic.

When I listen to someone speaking at -80dB, I can hear him normally fine (measured from my ear). When I then listen from the same distance to an ultrasonic also at -80dB measured from my ear, will the perceived volume of the voice that is in ultrasonic be the same volume as the one in lower frequency (even if you can’t hear it)?

Or is the ultrasonic harder/easier to pick up by the ear than the lower frequencies when measured at the same exact dB?
