Exactly!

That’s what I was thinking.

Exactly my thought.

Contradict? No. I was more concerned about the custom being an “everything and the kitchen sink”. I was wondering if Stark might be a good compromise, as it covers a number of areas - like a balanced life philosophy, but I didn’t think Stark was what you were truly going for.

I was asking you those questions to get you to think and think and think some more. That’s all, dude. Thank you for thinking!

And of course, wise words from @Iron.

She listened to one title for a few cycles, and she made progress, progress, and more progress!

Before today I had only worked out twice in the last 2 weeks… as opposed to 4-5 times a week.

I’ve been completely burnt out. Napping after work, bored of everything, not doing much in my free time. My girlfriend had been away for over a month and this is my first time living alone for an extended period of time.

I’ve been drinking more than usual on Friday and Saturday nights. Feeling kind of lonely and depressed. I even had to decline my brothers invitation to go out to a country bar because I literally can’t afford to go out right now.

Luckily today I finally pulled myself out of my funk and went to the gym and honestly I feel much better.

I also ordered a supplement that helped me back in high school when I was dealing with a similar situation. Rhodiola Rosea. I’m hoping it will help me with my low energy and stress and depressive symptoms.

Limitless result? I think so

Also I changed the content I’ve been consuming. Instead of random entertainment I’ve gotten back into fitness content. Something I haven’t felt real fiery passion for since I was 16. I mean I loved getting home everyday after high school, getting ready for the gym while I watched Rich Piana’s latest “Bigger by the day” videos.

Now I suddenly feel that same passion and excitement that I lost touch with for numerous years.

You might wanna check astaxanthine.
I used it back in college against stress.

It’s the stuff in salmon that gives them the power to swim against the flow for weeks.

I use that as an adaptogen. However, I might switch to Siberian Ginseng because it’s less expensive, and it is also an adaptogen.
