Not sure what’s happening subliminally, in my mind am getting a attracted towards a girl in my office. It’s like having a deep deep crush. If I see her talking to another guy, I get jealous.
I know how to deal with these, but it’s making me too emotional.

I would say to think about once a week. CFW is a very strong subliminal.

You feel its coming from CFW and not Khan ?
I am going to switch to Chosen : The Way of Nature after completing 21 days.

Now I have a feeling that I should walk away and it must show up as am not interested at all…

@RVconsultant Am getting thoughts of adding a third sub during the break days.
Say June 27th I listened to the subs,

June 28th - Rest
June 29th - Third Sub
June 30th - Rest

This gives three days rest to Khan and Chosen the way of nature.

July 1 - Khan and Chosen.

July 2nd - Rest
July 3rd - Third Sub
July 4th - Rest

This creates gap of three days in the third sub as well.

Can I follow this process ?

Good question. I would encourage you to take the 5 days of rest you have ahead, which I know will add up to more than 5 days, because you are going to have a total of 8 rest days. Please rest for 8 days, and notice what happens.

I forgot the schedule, and ended up listening to them, now when am looking at the journal, I was supposed to rest! That’s one day extra!

@RVconsultant Now, I should be taking 5 days break or 8 days ?
