Ultimate Artist has been working well for me! Every time I enter washroom and take a shower, I don’t just come out with a clean body but also along with a new song in my head! 
Which I then further improve on! Rhymes just come so easily I never imagined. Without any dictionary and they are better than anyone else on my level.

Are u following official guidelines? One day on and one day off. Your stack looks heavy . Try doing that and emperor results will come on the surface 
I did that for two weeks, and then resumed back to everyday. Cause I did the Maths and with listening to every alternate day, it will take more than 6 months for EoG to finish. That’s too long. And we keep getting more and more tempting subs released here.
I have only five in stack now. Now also it’s heavy ?
In this Emperor and Paragon both are extremely old. I can remove them in that case…

People normally say it’s heavy when you have more than 3 main programs. That’s not the problem now.
Ok pls tell me one thing, do you feel unnatural calm or lazy somedays. If yes that might be a recon. If you don’t see any recon continue your Everyday exposure . Just be little careful with recon because people got serious recon with even single sub on Qv2 (I am one of them xd)but there are people who can handle Everyday exposure but if you see any recon or stonewalling kicking in just take a washout okay? Otherwise you are lucky to handle more loops 
No feeling of laziness.
In fact am more hyper active. Entire day from 9:00 am to 3 :00 am, there is fire in my mind!
I keep working non stop. When I get tired, I do progressive relaxation and then back on track.
Most of the time am running short on time and there is riot of thoughts going on in my mind.
Hence, I started to meditate (which again gives me energy) and I started with Sage Immortal Ultima.

Are you getting enough sleep?
4-5 hrs…
I’m wondering if that is enough because dream sleep (REM sleep) tends to happen more at 6 to 9 hours of sleep, and I think dreaming helps with processing the subliminals.
Is 4 to 5 hours enough sleep for you?
