Support didn’t directly answer my questions about which sub has stronger tranquillity & creativity effects to support my work performance, but they reiterated the main ideas for LBFH & LB.

I don’t care about romance enough to give up a slot in my stack, and I already have enough love in my life. What I want is to deepen my understanding of the benefits of spreading love for my growth, among other goals from LBFH. The love from LBFH also sounds more universal than the romance focused one from LB. So LBFH is a clear winner for me.

Interesting/shocking that love bomb is for romantic love… not what I wanted… but I think that filling myself with LB’s effects before reintroducing myself to LBFH will be helpful, plus all the other modules in my Weakest Link custom.

This kinda makes sense as to why multiple of my exes have texted me out of nowhere since starting LB :joy:

Right now i am experimenting with Schedule like this:

Thursday - Rest

I mainly trying this because would like to listen a physical shifting heavy track at Friday everytime, so i properly rest at weekend.
Also instead of Tuesday i can do a listen day at Wednesday too but i listen to my intuition and do it like this instead.

By the way i am wondering what are effects of HeO on you? I am interested in becoming an author too.

Making the schedule heavy at the start of the week and then giving it room to breathe sounds interesting. I have never tried having 2 listening days one after another before.

There are too many to list, it’s a really broad sub. I tried listing them on the main thread one time, and it was unbearably long.

But 1 thing is prominent from it: fulfilment.

Be it honor, discipline, morality etc, HeO helps me feel fulfilled by living up to those principles. Almost like your life is being enriched by your devotion.

If you want to give everything you have to perfecting your craft, this sub is insanely good for it. The improvement is clear and the sense of fulfilment is unmatched.

The intuition enhancement is really good too. I don’t know how to describe it, but you just know what’s the best thing to do and what to avoid.

Those are the effects that are not in HeO’s description, but played a big role in my experience with the sub. There are a lot of other effects too, each with great effects on its own. Most of them are already listed in the description for HeO. Strength, recovery, productivity, discipline, there are so many to list.

If you decide to use HeO, I highly recommend getting a wooden sword and learning a few moves from youtube to start off. Just play around with it every now and then. The scripting will find a way to incorporate sword training into your life and make it benefits your other goals.


RM:UWX is insanely good. I’m not even a writer, my job is just loosely related to what writers do, and i’m getting a ton of results from it. It’s a solid sub if you want to become an author.

I finally reached 7m with HeO.

It started from 30s with +10s increment every listening day.
From the 3rd cycle, I started adding 15m loops here and there whenever my intuition told me to do so.
Whenever I play it for 15m, i use loud music to make the sub inaudible for the length that’s longer than what I’m supposed to listen at the time.

There is no reason to keep following the short loop rule. I have integrated well with HeO, 15m doesn’t burden me, and i have great results regardless of the length. But I will stick to the +10s increment just because I said I would.

I just remembered that i could consciously guide the romance scripting to support my work the last time i used WB. It’s unnecessary, but so is the sparring scripting from HeO. It doesn’t matter.

WB looks really logical to use now. Sanguine is good, but WB is strong enough to help me with meditation on its own. Paired with HeO and RM:UWX, it’s more than enough.

WB + HeO + RM:UWX.

If the new primer update for RM:UWX & HeO isn’t enough to replace LBFH, then i will add LBFH back into the stack. I don’t want to stop using it.

I shouldn’t have jumped straight to WB.

The recon is nothing like the first few cycles i used it, but the lethargy recon is really strong. i should have waited 5 more days and followed the 12 day rule since the last time i used LBFH.

I’ll use even more rest days from now on.

I’ll leave again until there’s an update for HeO or RM:UWX

with WB in the stack, I’ll restart the microloop for HeO & RM:UWX again from 0.
WB: +30s every listening day
HeO: +10s every listening day
RM:UWX: +3s every listening day

I’ll use different amounts of rest days, but the schedule will be largely structured like this:

WB + RM:UWX
rest
HeO + RM:UWX
rest

I’ll use more HeO + RM:UWX than WB for the first few cycles, then I’ll run them equally after i feel that WB has integrated well within me. I’ll start WB from 2 times every cycle, then I’ll slowly increase it till it reaches 5 times every cycle. equal with HeO.

I’ll swap back to LBFH when WB reaches 15m in 7 to 9 cycles from now, RM:UWX and HeO will have been updated for a few months by then. That’s enough to see how the new love scripting in RM:UWX and HeO will take effect and how it is compared to LBFH.

I miss LBFH :cry:

after this experiment, I’ll make LBFH the main focus of the stack.
I want to reach the point where everything i get from LBFH is my default even when it’s out of the stack.
Some of it is already ingrained in me, but some isn’t there when I’m off from the sub.
It will take years, but I’m willing to put in the time.

This is a false positive. it turned out i was sick and the lethargy was a symptom of it.
I’m recovering now, overworking is not sustainable.

It’s a good thing i picked WB instead of DRLD. I need more rest, not to push my limits.
HeO, RM:UWX, and my own sheer willpower are pushing it hard enough as is.

Maybe the key is to run paragon so I can push even more without having to worry too much about my body. It will help me recover and intuitively guide me to keep my body healthy while I’m pushing my limits.

Why didn’t I think about this before? I’m glad I wrote that down.

I’m still stuck in bed while waiting for my body to recover
I haven’t been resting this long for months. frankly, i don’t know what to do, maybe just resting is enough.

Switching to paragon long term for productivity’s sake makes a lot of sense. I have been trying to find the balance between my body’s limit & how productive i can be. Using paragon will help me find the balance and push more.

I’m still not sure though, HeO has its own recovery scripting, and physical shifting can take longer to manifest. maybe i should stick with HeO and my current stack first before thinking about switching one of them for paragon.

I think you wouldn’t miss too much with a RMUWX + Rembrandt custom, but you would miss a lot with a UA + Modules custom. RM:UWX is a very wide sub that’s all encompassing, whereas UA is like Rembrandt on steroids. Rembrandt is much smaller than UA, but not too much wider in scope comparatively

RM:UWX is really wide, wider than i expected. but that’s why it fits my goals even though writing is not the main part of my work.

I can’t wait for the RM titles to get updated, I’m thinking about making a custom using RM + HeO + LBFH as the base, and then adding modules that are related to UA, UWX, & RM:V. I’m not an artist or a writer specifically anyway, so modules fit my goals better than the whole cores.

I don’t know what sub this effect is from, but i find it hard to see a setback as, well, a setback. i can always find what i can learn and gain from whatever is happening without putting effort into reframing the experience. My mind always goes to that conclusion automatically.

I think it’s from NSE, but it could be from HeO too. i like this effect. life will happen, but we hold control over our reactions towards it and what we do about the situation.

this one is worth writing a journal here. this can’t just live in my offline journal.
my approach when it comes to brainstorming has changed. i usually went into “what the fuck do i make?” and stressed myself while trying to come up with something. but now, my attitude is “there are a lot of possibilities that i can do with this” and subtle calmness & confidence.

The way i approach brainstorming changed from gloom to hope, from lack to abundance. i wasn’t even aware of this pattern of thinking that i have, nor did i know that it was possible.

RM:UWX is insane. microlooping works. I’ll attempt to run it at 15m again next and see if i still get a lot of recon like the first time i ran it for 15m.


While I’m here, i may as well journal about HeO’s effects.

i become more calm & composed in the face of challenges, whether it’s from inside like when I’m faced with memories & emotions, or from outside events like essential machines for productions failing. I just know that everything will be fine and i can go through anything.

It feels like i have more emotional invincibility & resilience now. I can still feel bad, but i don’t suffer from it as much as before.

this is a big change from how i would react a year ago before i started SC. The best part is that everything feels so natural. It’s not like i’m installing a different way to react to things, i feel like I’ve always been this way.

WB’s emotional control scripting might also have helped with this.
