I think I found one more recon from DRR2.
It’s so subtle that I didn’t even notice it until I did a deeper introspection.

I became less secure about not having a conclusion.
I usually feel fine leaving things as they are if I can’t make a strong conclusion yet out of the facts provided, or lack thereof.

The recon made me insecure about the unknown, about not making a statement.
It made me want to jump to a conclusion as a way to make me feel secure.

It’s fine in a social setting, but horrible in my field.

I just gained more clarity about the changes HeO brought into my life.

I watched videos about stoicism, after not listening to any for a long time.
And i finally realized just how much what i think now as “normal” or “is just me” is actually hugely influenced by HeO.

It has become so normal that i wasn’t even aware that these are from HeO.

“It’s just me.”
“It’s a part of me.”

Lately I’ve been thinking that the increased feeling of insatisfaction i feel is simply a part of DRR’s healing or its way of motivating me.
But now that i think more about it, there’s a higher chance that it’s from the stoic effects from HeO fading out as the dynamic of my life slowly changing the way i think.

It’s very clear from the description of stoic teachings in the videos i watched that i’m already living that life. It’s already me. And the intensity was greater when i was actively using HeO.

I’m glad that i take a break from HeO, else i would still be unaware about how much it’s affecting me.

Contrast is important in finding out how a sub has affected you.

Half a year ago, I used to think “HeO is not giving me much anymore”.

No, it was working well. Too well.
The problem was I lacked contrast to use as an anchor point to see what HeO was doing.
Even journaling was not good enough to make me notice.

I’m also slowly noticing the effects that LBFH gave me.
But they are easier for me to spot since LBFH is further than HeO from my base point, my “normal self” before I used subs.

TL DR
If you think a sub is not doing anything anymore after using it for a long time, no. It’s working well. Often too well that you can’t tell the difference at all.

Even with more than a year of meditation, i still can’t just observe my emotions when i’m in recon.

Recon feels deeper & broader than normal feelings.
I always end up getting swept away by it.

It makes me want to try adding sanguine when I’m using a recon inducing sub like WB.

Looking at the results now, I’m starting to think that LE alone is strong enough even without DRLD or DRR1.

Let’s see how it will go from now on. I hope my guess is still right a month from now.

I’m still on edge about the BL part in LE.

There are results, but not really in the areas where i want them to be.
Particularly in creativity.

These effects so far are just “nice to have”, but not impactful enough.

While I’m fine with running LE longer for it’s productivity effects, the BL part feels wasted on me. I want to switch to EB but i need LBFH now to recover from DRR2 & help me find the balance with LE.

Maybe i should get The Executive instead.

It makes me think. Is the scripting in The Executive just LE minus BL?
Or is there more & deeper productivity scripting?
The description makes it sounds like it’s the former.

Well, i don’t care enough to ask support.
They’re gonna get updated in around a year anyway.

Well i guess i have learn about energy based meditation, rofl.

This sub will be amazing for creativity.
I know this because that’s how i honed my creativity all these years.
Embracing the other perspectives, the opposite, even when it’s uncomfortable to do.

This subs will also be amazing for my own growth in general.

I want to put it straight into my stack, but i just switched to LBFH a week ago. Then I planned to switch my stack to EB + DRR1. I can’t justify adding more variables to this. Too much stack switching won’t be good.

I guess i’ll add it into the stack when i want to focus on growing my creativity.
Now i’m still focusing on productivity.

I’ll find a way to add it to the custom i planned to make.
The plan was to make a custom with ME + UA + NR.
Then stack it with either DRR1 or DRR4, i’m still figuring out which one is better for my goals.

I guess I’ll make a DRR + AS custom too or switch ME/UA/NR for AS.
I’m hesitant to make DRR1 into a custom because it’s already perfect.
I don’t want to mess with perfection.
For DRR4, i still don’t know how i will react to it.
Making it into a custom will be too rash.

I think making 2 subs, ME + UA and DRR + AS will be the best plan for now.
I’ll eliminate NR to make the stack lighter, and put all of NR modules into the second sub.
I’ll use DRR1 + AS first for a year, then think about how i want to progress to DRR4 afterwards.

I’ll be messing with DRR1’s perfection, but something gotta give. I won’t know what can happen if i don’t experiment anyway.

I’ll use it for a long time anyway, i might as well reduce the risk with it.

Even though I don’t really have a wealth goal that requires the help of subs, I still added some.
I plan to use this stack for more than a year. I know I’ll have more money related goals along the way.

There’s also AS & MDFY: Freedom in the stack.
It assured me that it would be fine to put a bit more freedom with what I put in the custom.
There are some modules that will slightly conflict with my goals or one another:

  • MDFY: Freedom + DEUS. One makes the effects go slower and the other makes the effects stronger. There might be a slight conflict there but I have AS to mitigate that.
  • NSKE + NWE. It aligns with what I do since I make money with my skills. But I know using 2 NSEs is more for advanced users. MDFY: Freedom & AS should be able to help me with that.

These customs are aligned with what I do every day.
I like my subs to be as close to my goals as possible, and these customs do just that.
A lot of the modules overlap with the cores too so they are even more aligned with each other.

There’s a downside with the 2 customs, it’s even less focused on productivity.
So I’ll take more time focusing on LE & EB before jumping to the stack.

Besides that, I like LBFH’s effects and it’s beneficial to run alongside DRR2 & LE.
I’ll use the combination until I’m fully accustomed to DRR2.

Looks like I won’t get to use the customs until near the end of next year, rofl.
A boost in creativity is nice, but it’s not like I’m lacking either. There’s nothing to rush.
It’s better to focus on one thing at a time and make sure it sticks long after I’m done with it.

Fulfilment 2024, Productivity 2025, Creativity 2026.

You’re running DRR2 rn, right? You mentioned DRR4 in the custom so are you planning on continuing with stage 3 then 4 later? I thought you had paused DRR2.

Yep, I was hesitant to use DRR4, but AS’s effects are exactly what I need to be sure about using DRR4.

I moved the plan to use the customs for more than half a year. So now that I’ve given myself more time to use LE & EB, I have more breathing room to include both DRR2 & DRR3.

I plan to run DRR2 2 times a month for 7m30s each alongside LBFH & LE until I get no more recon from it. Then run it 2 times a month for 15m alongside DRR1 & EB/LE until no more recon.

After that, I’ll run DRR2 normally + EB/LE. Then DRR3.
I’m predicting that DRR3 won’t be as hard as DRR2.
But if it is, I’ll take longer & use the same method with LBFH.

Yeah I’m changing my plan even though I just made one a few days ago, but I didn’t expect Fire would drop a sub as hard as AS. It’s the sub I’ve been wanting all this time. So the plan gotta adapt to that, lol.

It’s the sub I’ve been hoping for.
But I’m still struggling with adapting to LE & DRR2 now. Adding more variables won’t go well.

Time is on my side anyway. I can wait until I’m fully done with the productivity subs.

Yep, I guess I need to start doing some energy cultivation.
I want it to be separated from my meditation though, so I’ll look up more about qi gong.

I need to find a time slot to include it in my schedule though.
It has been a good run, but sword training has to go.
I’ll start the qi gong training with that one video @Jouissance shared.

I got this again after I saw someone getting things for free.
“Wtf? I worked hard and they got that for nothing?”

This is very out of character. I rarely get genuinely jealous like this.
It was not bad though, I was able to just be aware of it and observe.
It wasn’t overpowering like a normal recon.

I guess LE is digging up this side of me.
I wonder what it will unearth.

But I’m not gonna take any chances for another recon. Slowly dealing with DRR2 alone is tiring enough.
The last time I listened to LE was today for 7m. I’ll reset LE to 0 next month.
I have time on my side. Let it take as long as it needs to be.

I did a few 5 minute qigong exercises from youtube.
This is interesting.
I’m starting to understand what the “energy” feels like.

A part of my logical mind is trying to deny it, but I just watch & observe it.
There’s no need to get drowned in an endless “logic” battle inside my mind.
I’ll let the experiment unfold.

I think it’s also a good thing to build a good foundation of qigong before I start using AS.
1 year should be enough.

I decided to line up every 5 minute qigong exercises on youtube that i could find and then do one of them every time i do the session.

For now, I want to get quick bite sized knowledge about it.
The varieties, similarities etc.

Qigong will replace sword training that i usually do to keep my body moving every hour when i’m in home.
Practically, qigong will be more beneficial since it engages more aspects of my body than sword training.
So, in the worst case scenario, even if the whole energy thing won’t benefit me much, at least i get a good way to move my body every now and then.

But I’m unwilling to allocate more than 5 minutes at a time.
I would rather spend the time meditating if i have to do something akin to a ritual.
