Yeah i think its recon, i listened to 1 loop of cfw and 1 loop of muay thai mastery than the recon made me listen to paragon and cwon.
So i did 4 titles all in the same day, which caused even more recon.
I will take the weekend off.

First time ever veing pulled over by the police, got a fine that too literaly all of my money, so i have no money now (actually in debt to the bank).
I dont feel sad or anything about the money because i know more money will come, also i wasnt nervous at all when talking to the popo.
This night i had a dream, in the dream all of my teeth fell, it was painful and scary, my mother said to in my dream “its becasue your only meat diet”.

I’ve had dreams when I did a lot off healing of my teeth slowly coming loose, it’s quite common to have those kind of dreams actually.
BTW, absolutely love the name of this journal, Viking From Within… just rolls of the tongue so nicely

When I have dreams like this it’s because I wasn’t taking care of my oral health 
. I’m not sure of the deeper symbolism of it, if there is one though.

Im very exicted to finish healing with cfw and cwon sp i can use chosen + true sell, become a true charismatic leader.
Lately im being more myself in social interactions, i speak my mind more, i feel grounded to the earth, i feel more connected.
I still dont feel very much when talking to others, but its getting better.

Decided to write about it.
Im new at my work place, usually i dont talk with people i dont know, i feel very stiff and awkard around new people espescially in a new work place where i dont know anyone including the bosses.
But this day i was very comfitrable, veru social, i talked to everyone, i actually tried and had an urge to seek convarsations and the first time in a long time i was actually was really intrested with the people im speaking and wanting to get to know them better, which natrually made my social skills better.
I talk the a girl, the manager (which is female) amd one guy i talked with the all shift almost non stop.
He said he stopped working out, so i asked why, he started saying “study,work bluh bluh” and without thinking i said to him (first time speaking to the guy) “yeah yeah excuses”, and he started laughing.
Than i told him he should come with me to the gym (i never do this because of insecurity and fear of rejection), and he said its a good idea.
This was after the first loop, the days after were less good but still good.

I seem to be more aware and more observing, while driving i notice stuff i never noticed before, they were always there but i just didnt see them, also my vision seems to be more wide of that make sense, and generaly im more in my body out of my mind.
Today i have a vision of me in the prespectives of a caveman, and i though to myself “no way we was in his mind, he was 100% in his body 100% being himself no overthinking, i can be the same, its natural to be in your body”.
i think its from cwon.
Also today i did my first muay thai workout after 3 month break, my skills stayed the same like i never left, i give the credit to spartan because i only did 1 loop of muay thai, which makes me think maybe o should stick to spartan (if anyone have advice in the matter its welcomed).
My trainer told me that my arms looks twice the size they were when i took a break, so spartan definitly helped with mass gain.

The custom is focused about my weaknesses and things i lack and would like to have.
Cfw and cwon are the title i run now (and spartan too)
Alpha of alpha + leader of man: improve my masculinity and my leadership.
Carpe diem + furious ascent: increase my ambition, motivation and love for risk taking.
Emotions enfettered: heal my emotinal numbness.
Lion + panther: eliminate social anxiety, approach people with ease, improve wit and charisma.
Natural winner: just having this mindset will help with everything in my life, its a mindset which i dont have now.

Changed my stack to cfw + legacy of the spartan.
I think its the perfeft stack for me to build a strong foundation before running chosen.
Cfw for healing emotionally and building the alpha leader base and lots of becoming the best looking and healthiest version of myself.
I feel free and happy

Some updates:
Introduced my mom to subclub, gave her mogul, she will listen once or twice a week.
Her money problems will go away, she finna be rich
I really enjoy being social now, im more daring, im cracking more jokes that i find funny and i really enjoy the moment, i FEEL the joy.

I got a raise 
Im a waiter, we get paid by tips, new waiter get paid 70% of the tips until they complete 25 shifts.
On my 10th shift my boss told me im already getting 100% because i deserve it and other waiters told him im really good.
So its a significant raise.
