Variability in listening amount with titles

Has anyone run across variability in your tolerance for listening time based on the title?

I ran Sanguine today for 2 minutes vs my usual 1 and I actually feel better.

Compared to WB, I can only tolerate 30s

Genesis is 1 minute now. But still debating what’s best. It seems like based on the content it can effect how much exposure I can actually integrate.

Yes, i can run mogul for 15 minutes without any recon unless I use it in an unusual way
DRLD used to be hard for me to play for the first 2 listening days, then I could run 15m with no recon after.

the only sub that’s hard for me is WB, I think 5 minutes is my max

Yeah, and the descriptions say this

“Furthermore, if you haven’t experienced a specific objective / feature / benefit on the page (or unstated) yet, it does not mean you won’t — it simply means other things are taking precedence and have a much higher priority as dictated by the intricate interplay between your conscious guidance, your situation, your subconscious mind and the subliminal.”

It is too complicated to even see any logic in but I noticed when I change the listening amounts it also tends to hit TOTALLY different parts of the script, and how it interacts with my subconscious.

I had less recon with 3 mins than I did 30 secs, but 30 secs was not as overwhelming. 15 minutes can paralyse me because it’s demanding more change than I’m comfortable with, which may be a reason for less recon as well. Because you just really aren’t acting on the script anymore and kind of start to stonewall and reject it.

Now I ran 30 secs there is a lot of recon (nothing unbearable I would say it is nice because I can see the changes both within and without).

When I ran 15 the internal change is a lot and sometimes it only externalised a week later or something.

But I can’t see much logic in it this is just some of the data I have personally discovered for myself. I do seem to push through certain fears better at lower amounts, or that the healing process is smoother on lower amounts for titles you may have some resistance against. The results also aren’t mind blowing but you can prepare yourself for that as you work through the issues you have with a program, and then increase the amount as you go.

But don’t take my word for it.

I think I will be playing around with 30 secs to 3 minutes instead of 3 minutes to 15 minutes.

That’s a really good point. I hadn’t considered different parts of the script being Integrated. I was thinking more in terms of repetition/reinforcement.

If 30s of WB is still enough of a challenge, I definitely have to work my way through that sticking point first before I pile on more.

I’m still adjusting to the micro loop process which has worked out a lot better for me vs what I did in the past. WB is definitely a more difficult title for me to run.

I find that Sanguine Elixir really helped my listening time. I used to only be able to tolerate a majority of subs 3-5 minutes, now I can do a lot of subs at 15. Still prefer 5 though.

PCC and Inner Circle, 15 mins. SE, 15 mins. Limitless Executive (if I actually want to be productive) 1 minute max. Most subs, 3-5 minutes, but if I’m about to have a relaxing weekend, or, a weekend where I’ll be happy and socializing all week, I’ll play any sub at 15 minutes because the recon will be fine

Did you run SE standalone or alongside them?

Alongside them

I don’t even mean it has to be alongside a sub.

After 2-3 cycles of SE, ALL subliminals are easier to run now
