I thought I’d share a resource that has really helped my healing journey.
My Sub Journey Thus far:
I started roughly 3 years ago and focused primarily on wealth and aesthetic subs to which I’ve achieved great results with.
Recently I’ve shifted my focus on my health and recharging my batteries. I’d like to think of it as a much needed pit stop in a Formula 1 Race.
My key focuses include:
- Perfect Sleep
- Great Energy Levels consistent throughout the Day
- Great Stress Management and Low Stress scores.
- Heal my injured knee I hurt while playing hockey.
I’ve been using an app called Welltory which literally helps me track the exact health scores I listed above.
I am currently on my second week and I’ve already noticed my health scores improving since I first started.
Still feel tired in general but its early.
