Purchased Nouveau R.I.C.H. a bit ago. Going to run in with Idex Gate UP , EOG St 1 and enjoy the ride

Ran NR and EOG St 1 yesterday evening. Tomorrow is Index Gate. Lots of realizations . A lot of connections that I was aware of before. Some things that never made sense I now actually understand how on a conceptal level. Such a crazy feeling

Weird experience I am currently unable to point to anything else other than having NR in my stack. I have been filled with regret and shame over a lot of time and situations in my past that I often wish I could go back and make right or just avoidall together. I’ve been curious how I would change things if I was able to go back. At some point either Thursday evening or sometime Friday morning a question just popped into my head out of nowhere as if to ask “why?” . As if to say " what’s the poin…

Yesterday I mentioned how my feelings towards past events , situations, and behavior had become different to look back on or hoping to change or make different. Today I was thinking about a couple of things or a time frame in my past and felt almost painful. Not in a traumatic way but that I need to let this all go and move on no matter how much it hurts

Hi James,
Today I realized that I don’t smart goals in my life. I know I wanna change a lot, but no specific goals, no precise plan how I should realize the change I wanna see.
So I decided, that I need to start working on my goal setting skills.
Somehow I thought of you. To give this impuls to you as well. Do you have “s.m.a.r.t.” goals? If not, perhaps that’s another reason, why you’re not getting forward as fast as you would like to.
Because life will only go in circles as long as you don’t provide a direction where you wanna go.
That’s also true for subs. When we don’t have a specific goal in mind, they can only do so much.
