Unexpected side effects while listening Rebirth + Seducteress

Hi guys.
I have been using Subliminals for about 8 months with great success.
So being amazed by them, I shared some enthusiasm with my wife, who despite being a beautiful and amazing person suffers from low confidence and poor self-image.
So I bought her a Seductress ZP and to boost effects I also included Rebirth ZP in her stack.
It’s been a month since she’s listened to them every other day and she’s experiencing a mixed bag of results.
She said she feels beautiful and confident which is desirable, but at the same time, she is experiencing an intensive surge of fears, which she used to have some time ago but hasn’t appeared in years.

Could it be that Rebirth is causing her fears and phobias to arise and forcing her to deal with them, in a similar fashion that Regeneration does? Because to my understanding and experience, Rebirth is a sub that makes the past irrelevant and “makes fertile ground” for other subliminal in the stack?

I had a similar experience when I listened to the Regeneration, I told her that probably this is Rebirth at work and to keep listening and once they appear to try to acknowledge them somehow and they will most likely eventually vain out ( this happened to me).
But I definitely didn’t expect this to happen. so I also am not sure what the best course of action is here.
Please share some of your experiences and thoughts on this.

My understanding is that Rebirth still has to “bring up” that stuff.
There is some indication that Rebirth+Regeneration in that order works wonders. Rebirth digs up stuff and Regeneration handles it as it comes up.

If you were to look into that for her, I’d say run Seductress on Day A and Rebirth+Regen on Day B

Running all 3 in one day would not be recommended.

For sure.

Rebirth is not a healing tool in my opinion.
Its more like reframing the past and then move on with a fresh start.

But some things you can’t just reframe, you have to deal with them, face them, looking them in the eye, and heal them properly.

Other programs are more suitable for that like Dragon Reborn, Chosen from Within, The Elixir.

I would change Rebirth with The Elixir.
I wouldn’t give her Dragon Reborn or Chosen from Within.

Why?

They are strong and if she is not choosing them from her own, she will blame you that you have given her that level of responsibility

To calm things down for now, you could also give her sanguine instead of rebirth. sanguine is a real good feel sub and you can later discuss if she even wants to address her fears. If she hasn’t had any problems for years, it doesn’t always make sense to pick everything up again.

Would recommend her to try Seductress alone. Maybe that will be enough for her.

Fear is just a sign that she is overwhelmed by the changes.

Just make her slow down a little.

The healing programs may also cause fear but it will be relative to how much change you are undergoing at once.

A little bit of fear is good it means you are stepping into discomfort of the unknown, fearful of this new and better life, it can be a shock to her consciousness.

It’s always best to give it more space in order to process this fear while growing further.

Also Rebirth is one of those programs I feel you can just listen once a week. It used to be a stacking module and it’s also a healing program — listening it too much may overwhelm and cause all sorts of distressing emotions.

Or as needed.

You honestly do not want too much of it.

I second this.
And when she feels more confident and strong, let her decide when to start the healing titles.
