What is the farthest distance from the phone, I can be from to get the message of subliminal exactly as it is?
that’s where you’d want to use a mobile device with one of the frequency analyzer apps to see the levels as you walk away from the speaker playing it.
being the 16KHz and higher, it will drop off a bit more sharply with distance than regular sounds will, due to free space loss.

I played a bit with this calculator
At 20kHz, 30% humidity, 20C° the loss is 59.9 db/100m (18.2 dB/100ft)
At 16kHz same condition the loss is 46.6 dB/100m (14.2 dB/100ft)
So yeah, you should put your own average temperature and humidity in your area to check, but personally I wouldn’t go more than 100m away (330 ft), maybe no more than 80m away even. (260ft)
(I’m no sound engineer so I interpret 70dB source - 60dB loss = 10dB)
