Ultrasonic on Ipod?

Hi everyone.

In this topic I want to ask this simple thing: do using Ipod is fine with ultrasonic or there is some compression data that make you loose some information in the imported audio?

I know there is a lossless format when importing music on an Ipod but I am not sure if it’s okay with ultrasonic and if it let you get results the same.

Anyone can help, please?

Should be fine as the files you’re loading onto it are MP3s from the ZIP archive you get upon purchasing.
The quality of the audio won’t depend on the device so much as the format. You can test by loading it onto your iPod and playing through your speaker/headphones whilst checking it with Frequensee (or similar app) on a different device.

EDIT: What I meant to say also is if it’s an actual iPod, then you’d just be importing the MP3 into iTunes first. The other Apple-specific formats only come into play more for purchased files or Apple Music files.

Oh okay! It was the iTunes tranfer that I was not sure about. I thought that iTunes compress the file during the tranfer into the iPod so I want to be sure if I was wrong or right.
Thank you for the help.
