The face and its looks are directly linked to your spine all the way down to the bottom of your feet. The face cannot look as good as it can if the body is imbalanced and unhealthy. The face is just an extension of one’s spine and its form.

I have some of the products from this company including the insoles and mouthguard on their official store. Practices I tried but dont keep up with them.

Maybe you search up something up on youtube some of those youtube sub makers put quitesdetailed description of the face and the muscles and bones in the face
