during the week i listen to my stack with normal subs and ultima subs, during the weekend i don’t listen to normal subs because i usually have 2 rest days. however in theory i should listen to ultima subs daily right? so even during my rest days?
Then it’s not a rest day. You’re inputting tons of info every day

I do Regeneration/Elixir combo for 5 days on, 2 days off.
Sometimes on the off days when I need to be productive I throw in Executive for a loop (possibly two) as I love its effect on my productivity.
I also don’t think it’s messing with the results of my main stack as it’s not connected with them.
It sure does clog some bandwith, but I think it isn’t that exstensive.
