You said “moral perspective”, is this due to religious reasons? Or maybe it’s because you feel it’s immoral due to being in a marriage? Curious since it may explain why you may have difficulties.

That’s interesting. For me, I’ve naturally started moving towards a 21 day listening, 9 day washout pattern. Feel like my brain needs just a few more days to process everything.
