A great video and now that I cut out all my old friends I’ve been so much happier, grateful and in a much better mindset then I have before. I only have really two friends in my area and that’s purely for working out and in the rare occasion that I go out and it’s strange I feel so much better now then I did before when I had 10 friends. Less stress, less effort more time to focus on what’s important.
