I would think it’s because it’s an issue your body or mind feels is most important. More something in your brain needed healing. Or your body for that matter.

I can see the attraction in running all four first stages. Just utterly obliterate whatever or whoever dumped their toxic unhealthy shit on a person.

I can’t remember who it was, but I recall early on after DR was released there was someone who had reported on killer recon that was experienced when they ran the later stages first as well as running the Ultima before they had done enough of the preparatory work. I remember it being a really great cautionary tale about how not to run these sort of titles.

@RVconsultant I seem to recall you name associated with it, possibly it might have been someone posting on your Q and A thread. Do you remember running across that same post?

I can tell you what I remember. There was someone who ran Khan stage 4 first, and regretted it soon thereafter.

I ran stages 1, 2, and then 4 of DR. I decided to skip stage 3 because 1 and 2 seemed to be easy. BUT oh no, was stage 4 harsh! So that was my mistake on DR, skipping stage 3. DR was harsh overall. Just because stages 1 and 2 felt easy, doesn’t mean that the rest will be easy.

The person who you are referring to, I don’t know. Wouldn’t surprise me if someone did decide to run stage 4 and Ultima DR without the other stages first.

That’s ringing some bells, I think it was a delayed recon scenario like that, but definitely with DR and the Ultima being mentioned, and the person making some assumptions about how easy it was. I’ll keep looking :slight_smile:

Even if I can’t find the DR post, there was always that guy running the Terminus builds who had the dream about vomiting tacks and had time loops going on :stuck_out_tongue:

I can say from experience that Dragon Reborn is brutal. I say that having spent over two years running only stage 1 off and on. Once I am in a better place financially and in my living situation I will running the other stages.

I honestly I have no idea how I functioned or existed prior to Dragon Reborn. I feel like my perception went from old silent movie resolution to late 60s early 70s color television. I have a ways to go. To me infinite perception is equal to 40k 60fps.
