Probably depends on type of zinc (picoline etc). Oysters are the best, in my country very expensive and I had a stomach ache from them.
Mate, I can’t find the paper for it. If I remember correctly I just searched like “mg zinc ejaculation”, but now I only find a website where it says 1.4mg and it’s not the paper.

Well, check the type of aupplement is it written, for me I noticed I got magnesium citrate and zinc aspartate, it’s written on my supplement how much zinc and magnesium is per dosage!
If not, you go on internet and check the type of magnesium you have!

I just checked the label, and it’s concerning:

Seems like the dosage written is the amount of calcium/magnesium and zinc you get, they already gave you the final amount on the label.
Mine is bought in bulk, powder form, so the dosage calculation is different
