I’ve done so far what I promised to do which was start taking care of myself via eating better, working out and walking the dogs.
I forgot about my dance promise (I mean I’ve been overwhelmed today) so I’m going to do it soon. Just something simple. A foundations class and maybe a choreography class I can do.
We’ll see what we get out of it.
I’ve had two meals today which were healthy and I made myself, I’ve also had a about 3 chocolate bars but I’m not craving any others at the moment. Just read about keeping hydrated and eating healthy from Saint in another post so even more of a reason for me to keep going with this.
I initially was only going to workout for half an hour but ended up doing an hour of a program I like on Beachbody since I changed my workout plan due to the program being annoying af. Felt good after it.
I’ve had a bit of recon because I’m a bit moody and low energy but no naps today which is strange for me considering I had disrupted sleep a few times last night.
Pretty sure my boyfriend is feeling the same way as me as he’s been working on himself this evening trying to figure out how to make some extra money whilst we are out of dance for now so he’s setting up some stuff for that. He’s unsure and getting overwhelmed but meh at least it’s leading somewhere. (I listen on Ultrasonic overnight for me since I wake up if I have headphones in and I have his consent.)
Gonna look into my custom a few more times before I send it off, but Mogul soon and continue with DR. Results city here I come.
