What sub is best to be brutally honest with yourself and to develop great self awareness of your inner being?
“HERO Origins: Sage and the Blade” seems to me for the most fitting for your request.
Also Genesis, The Revelation of Spirit & Sanguine seems to mention self-awareness aspect in their descriptions.

I will say Revelation of mind…I ran it 11cycles last years…it definitely helped me a lot in terms of discovering my inner world…and self awareness is one thing that it improved a lot…also the wisdom to navigate through life…it is the charm

When I asked about recovering my passion, RoM was mentioned a few times because it should deliver what your asking for.
In the journals I read that covered RoM, it also felt like it delivered these results.
