Hello everybody!
I’m using Ascended Mogul + Limitless + Inner Circle + Executive Limitless Ultima. Listening to the Ultima one loop every day and listening to the rest ones one loops every two days. Sometimes I feel tired and apathetic. In other words, I have neither any energy, nor any wish to do something. Feels like my life energy has been drained or sucked. I find it very ironic to use Executive Limitless Ultima and simultaneously to feel apathy and tiredness, lol.
What can you tell about this? Could it be a reconciliation?
Yes , recon .
Boredom is a symptom of recon.
If you are new to SC , stick to one Q and 1 Ultima and gradually increase the stack.
Yes what he said. Possibly Ascended Mogul and Limitless Executive Ultima.
But I would also ask you to consider Ascended Mogul + Limitless. Very simple old school titles that will work way faster.
Reconciliation is an expression of the contrast between a) where your mind is right now, and b) where your mind is taking you to based on the inspiration of the subliminal.
In other words, it’s the tension between your Today Mind and your Tomorrow Mind.
That is why it can be expressed in so many different ways. It’s actually related to the qualities of your own mind and intention/imagination.
This means that the reconciliation you’re experiencing can sometimes give you clues about exactly what your mind is working to accomplish.
If you’re feeling tired and drained right now, my guess would be that your mind is preparing for a leap in energetic capacity.
The first sign of growth is usually a sense of weakness or limitation.
I don’t mean this in any overly mystical way. It’s pretty straight-forward.
Imagine that you can comfortably jog at about 3 miles per hour for about 30 minutes. That means you can jog about 1.5 miles in 30 minutes and then you’re tired and stop.
You decide to increase your fitness level so that you can run 6 miles in 1 hour. That means you’re doubling your speed and your endurance, right?
So you go outside and start to push yourself to run a little longer and a little faster. It’s great. You’re moderate and smart and you do it well.
Next day, you wake up. What do you feel? Muscles are sore and you’re a bit tired. So, you take 2 rest days. On the third day, you get up and you feel stronger, a bit more energized. And this time you’re able to run a bit farther and a bit faster.
On and on it goes, and before you know it, you’ve met your goal: 6 miles and running for a whole hour. Your capacity is greater. Your energy and stamina are greater.
The temporary tiredness and low energy were part of the process of increase. Make sure you get enough rest and good nutrition, and then when you’re ready get back out there.
Short version: You’re growing. Growing takes energy. So you’re tired. Take care of your needs and enjoy watching yourself progress.
Actually, my aim is to enhance my intelligence and cognitive potential. Do you think it would be a good idea to use only Limitless and ELU until I will gain enough experience in SubClub products to increasing my stack?
Yes. That’s a good idea.
Wow, thank you so much for an extended explanation!
May I hear your opinion on the quantity of subliminal I can put in my stack since I’m novice to SubClub products, please? Why I’m asking you for this is because I got an idea from your text that I have to get some rest and continue using my current stack, without decreasing my stack.
More programs equals slower progress and possibly more fatigue.
On the other hand, continued exposure can increase stamina (but only up to a point).
I eventually got to the point where I was playing a very heavy and dense stack. I don’t regret it, but, for the year I did that, I had to be very patient. It was like I spent 2020 mainly investing in 2021.
Now, I’m following the principle of parsimony. Trying to get my stack to the leanest and lightest that it can be.
For a beginner, I’d recommend using one program and whatever boosters you like.
(Boosters (i.e., (most) Ultimas played for only 1 loop a day) are light and situation-specific. Instead of using them for long-term growth, you’re applying them to particular situations when you need them. No more than 2 boosters a day, and they’ll be light and won’t cause fatigue.)
For your major programs. I’d recommend 1 program at first. Run it, get used to it, and enjoy watching the results roll in. Get a feel for how that subliminal works for you and for how your mind responds to it. Put most of your attention on your real-life projects rather than on 10,000 subliminal programs.
Do that for one to two (or more) months. Then bring your 2nd program into your stack. Now, based on your initial successful experience with just one program, you’ll have a baseline of effectiveness, and you’ll be able to really gauge and evaluate the contributions of that new second program. You’ll also be able to feel out whether or not you need more rest.
Short version: Use your initial subliminal period to establish a baseline of effectiveness. From that baseline you’ll be able to experiment and try different things with greater confidence.
Since your first goal is enhancing intelligence and cognitive potential, choose some real-world intelligence-building projects. And then run Limitless alone for a month while you enjoy beating the hell out of those projects. It’ll be fun.
In about 4 or 5 weeks, introduce Ascended Mogul. And enjoy watching your status and earning potential rise. (Yes!) Let those rock for a few months, and shift your focus to the real-world projects and goals that can really take your enhanced abilities for some good test-drives.
Enjoy your life.
Every 4 weeks or so, reflect on your growth and your experiences, and then do some course correction. The strategy described above is only for starting out. As you gain more familiarity with the whole thing, you’ll work out your own style and approach.
what is “a baseline of effectiveness”? I guess I have some understanding of this, but am not sure If I got you right.
Could you give me some examples of such projects, please? You mean the projects that require some intellectual activity?
By baseline of effectiveness, I mean you’ll be starting from a simple and solid foundation that works well.
This will allow you to be more confident and systematic as you try out various alternatives and experiments in the future.
Someone gets sick with a cold. He then takes 30 different medicines and recovers quickly. The problem is now he does not know which of the 30 medicines helped him. If he gets sick again, he’ll have to take all 30 medicines again; or he’ll choose one randomly and feel very shaky and uncertain about what will happen.
Someone else gets sick, and takes one medicine. He recovers too, but maybe a little more slowly. But next time he gets sick, he knows a specific medicine that will help. And he can add in one more and see if it helps even more or makes no difference at all.
The second person has established a solid baseline, or foundation, that he knows works. It is a baseline of effectiveness.
Exactly. That’s exactly what I mean.
Examples of knowledge-building activities would include:
Designing a course
Attending and studying in a course
Solving fun puzzles
Learning a language
Listening to an audiobook
Watching a documentary
Writing an article
On and on. Anything that requires you to conceptualize a situation or phenomenon; find or create solutions to problems or questions; communicate your understanding; memorize and/or integrate information, and so on.
When you’re inspired about increasing your cognitive potential, what kinds of situations come to your mind? What do you imagine yourself doing?
Tiredness and apathy and feeling life energy drained or sucked can be sign that more rest is needed or less loops. I don’t know if it’s reconciliation specifically so to speak, in terms of the mind reconciling new beliefs with old ones, but it is an effect of running to much loops or resting to little in my experience.
Alright, I got you. Thank you again, appreciate it
It may seem a bit far out . . . but worth mentioning.
For years I’ve felt the tension, the sabotage and the nebulous nature of what we call “The Subconscious” and have searched high and wide for how to tether mine in, befriend it, get it to work in my favor towards the huge goals I have in life. But the efforts had been fruitless for years.
I live in a community with lot of healers who need their websites built. So over the years I’ve done lots of trades, nearly always in hopes of accomplishing said goal with my Subconscious so we could be friends rather than estranged or even enemies.
Anyways, there’s a lady in my circle who mentioned to me that she needed a website for her new healing modality which is called MAP (the acronym eludes me at the moment) work. We made an agreement and I set up the back end of her site. She wanted to start giving me sessions right away while she settled on content etc.
It was unexpected, I didn’t even make the connection, but this MAP work for me has been extremely helpful and congruent with using SubconsciousClub Subliminals. Which leads to the subject of my reply, that of ‘reconciliation’.
Basically, the MAP work gathers all the parts of the Subconscious (via what seems like a very mystical and woo-woo processes of conversation over Skype or Zoom, in this case) which are in resistance to that which you wish to shift or augment, heal in your life. A dialogue is created with your ‘Superconscious’ (think holy Trinity - Father, Son, Holy Ghost – Superconscious, Conscious (ego) Subconscious) to treat, heal and do what is called ‘an entire change history’ of those parts. These ‘parts’ could be from past lives, trauma in the womb, early childhood trauma, trauma later in life. Anything that causes parts of the core personality to splinter away to erase memories, compartmentalize, whatever is construed by the Decision Maker in your being to keep the Conscious/ego from pain and harm.
After a few MAP sessions I feel so whole and literally put back together. Now, prior to listen to a sub, I meditate and speak to all the parts of my being. I let them know that I’m going to be working with a technology that is safe for all of us, beneficial and that will make life more fun and interesting.
This all may sound really silly, but for me has been incredibly powerful. All the resistance, the stagnation, feeling stuck, listless and incapable after listening to subs has completely disappeared. I would recommend it to anyone. That said, however, this particular practitioner is a highly skilled, intuitive and deeply compassionate individual. I’m not sure if they’re all like that. I would give you her site now but it isn’t yet built. A Google or Duck Duck Go or Yandex search will locate others.
So, MAP work might be a great way for others on this forum to deal with reconciliation. It definitely increased the enjoyment and effectiveness of using these super awesome (in my opinion, the best in the world) Subliminals. I realize all this is theoretical and perhaps illogical, but something to consider nonetheless.
Thanks so much for sharing the resource. MAP stands for Mind Alignment Process. looked it up. It sounds incredible.
Sure thing! :-)& yes, it is such an awesome modality that is built on optimism and benevolence. When we compare something such as this to the classical Freudian or even Jungian paradigms, this (with your Subliminal creations) is ALL about creating true liberty, freedom and sovereignty.
I am not affiliated with the company. Malkuth is a Hebrew word meaning ‘Kingdom’. Just in case you meant ‘your Subliminal creations’ specifically towards me.
Ah yes. Beautiful name, Malkuth
i also thought that you were affiliated in some way
because i saw your username “malkuth” whenever i played my playlist
it says “saint and mark malkuth”
then it turned out thats @Fire 's name
