Currently listening to True Sell. Not stacking it with anything, but I am taking two rest days instead of one as per the recommendation.
Should my washout still be after 21 days, or later based on number of times I listen to it?

yes definitely! You should do washout
After 21 days, or after 10 listening days?
every 21 days : )
If you’re taking two rest days between play days rather than one rest day (which by the way is a very good idea), then you’re doing a small experiment.
You’re choosing to proactively explore how things may work for you.
Again this is a good idea, as long as you’re not over-exposing, and you’re not.
A good idea is usually to start from the baseline of the standard guidelines, and to then use logic and your direct experiences to adjust from there.
I would recommend that you still consider 1 Active Play-Period to be 21 days, no matter how you may choose to vary your Play-to-Rest ratio within that period. This provides a stable base for you to explore and experiment.
So, 21 days + 5 Processing days = 1 Cycle.
With this as your base, you can be sure of never over-exposing.
But then, you may decide to experiment with the number of Processing days. Maybe you’ll try decreasing them to 4 (or even 3) since you’re getting less overall exposure during the Active Play-Period. Okay. Try it. But just observe closely and watch your 3 main metrics:
If these three look good, then your set-up looks good.
If any of these three have a problem, then adjust your set-up accordingly.
Just wanna chime I here and say that depending on the title and your personal threshold, you can still over expose, even with multiple rest days in between. Listen to @Malkuth
Trying to “move fast” with your subconcious isn’t worth the consequences lol.
thank you very much
