Time to move on vs reconciliation

Have been using Khan ST1 for slightly more than a month. Since the past few days I have been wanting to drop it and move on (to ST2/4 or Ascended Mogul). Part of me however wants to keep it til the end of the year as it was the plan.

My question is how we know if it is time to move on or if it’s reconciliation tricking us?

A month should be enough. “Plan” is set by the old you not the you after having listened to the sub for a month. If you think it’s time to move on then move on and get some of that ST2

Good thinking. The old me vs new me didn’t cross my mind but it makes sense :+1:

If you feel/think you’re ready and you’ve achieved these goals of the program which are/were crucial for you, go ahead.

Tbh I am not feeling much with st1. Not feeling anew nor was I broken down. Thats why I wasn’t sure if I should move on.

How many loops per day usually do you listen to?

2-5 loops and take one rest day per week.

OK see if you increase what happens. The guidelines are to increase slowly till you get to reconciliation point far as I understand.

The whole reconciliation reaction is confusing. I have symptoms like low energy sometimes, massive depression occasionally but then they were not particularly new as I had them before Khan. On the other hand, I am not sensing the positive effects/ the meant to be effects of total breakdown.

I felt nothing too when I was doing St1 (PreQ) so I moved to St2 after 3-4 weeks.

Did you go approach any women etc?

I think it helps to set some actual goals for yourself based on what you read and think of the product then go out and take action to achieve them and see what happens. May seem obvious but I know if I hadn’t done this I’d have probably said nothing special happened either.

Yea the answer to move on is clear through this thread. Let’s see if st2 does anything.

Yes. That’s the logic behind it:

Eventually, you’ll be able to determine how many loops you can run without having negative side effects.

Honestly no. Since st1 is about breaking one down, I wasn’t taking actions, I just want it to crash me internally, that’s the only aim of mine. You already approaching women during st1?

Did you have any results at all while doing St1, if not, it’s clear to me you should move forward. If you have had some results and then you stopped having them you could try to increase the number of loops and see how it goes for one week.

Nothing that I am aware of. What results did you have with St1?

Yes of course.

Where are your sticking points?

I think if you dont approach any women then you won’t even get to the point of finding out. You gotta go talk to some girls, if that’s your sticking point the sub will support you there. If the sticking point is in the interaction, you will notice changes there, etc.

if the sticking point is in the self-image then maybe action will be journaling, self-healing, etc. Although journaling is always good.

You gotta take the action. And watch things happen.

None apart from feeling meek and docile from time to time. It was some sort of slight reconciliation. It might have been caused by years of alpha programing I had done before (I mean not having/feeling/noticing any results). Anyways, the reason doesn’t matter much, it’s time to move on, mate.

Actually IMO go approach 10-20 girls before you move on. Usually people feel something when they are doing that. Learn to go with it and see what happens. Chat up, have a good time, see where it leads.

You could try approaching women to check if anything has changed. I like that idea. And then you could tell better if there are no results. Good advice, @ALMIGHTY
