Three Colors Green

  • being more calm and open, grounded
  • inter-personal comparison and subsequent need for outer dominance or proving myself vanished
  • increased respect from others
  • relaxed and smiling while out and about instead of stone-faced
  • physical shifting – deeper voice, broadening of shoulders, neck muscles opening up, stronger and more flexible core and hips
  • ability to calmly think about emotions as they occur has deepened – understanding increased
  • worry about outside events (personal and societal) decreased – they feel much smaller and much more distant from myself
  • internally I am more unshakable
  • I appreciate and desire women as much as I did before, but with less destabilizing internal rush – I take in and bask in their feminine essence and being without the urge to do anything about it as a default

There is more. It is basically a reflection of the objective list of Reforged.

I think Reforged and ASBR are my new baseline. While there is the possibilty that the upcoming ASR will replace ASBR in the future, for now those aforementioned two are my ground zero. The third spot is where the flavor lies.

I haven’t felt so much at peace as well as mentally and physically relaxed as I do now all of a sudden in a long time. Is this my stack? Or have I RAIKOVed myself by leisurely reading through the W:DB copy and imagining what embodying it would feel like? Or both?

Wow.

Listening to Angine de Poitrine makes some things clear to me. The guitar and bass licks sound like voices – but without any informational content other than the sound itself – and I can listen to them endlessly. Same with Dark Ambient as a genre where the sound textures evoke cinematic stories in my mind. Melting into purely acoustic music is me getting away from the endless chatter that seems to come with being part of any society in the here and now.

Since I cannot turn off understanding language there is always some outer influence vying for attention. My native language, this language, that language, the other languages I learned to partially understand. I mean I love language, I like prying words apart and understanding their origin and all the ideas and concepts they convey. But sometimes I wish there was a switch to turn understanding off temporarily – so that I can simply enjoy the sound of it without all the informational content and being passively influenced by it when I don’t actively sift through it to critically evaluate the information.

Written content is the same. I see the letters and words and if I want to or not meaning is extracted.

I guess that explains why Limitless hits so hard whenever I run it. It supercharges information uptake, evaluation, sorting and critically dissecting it. Plus my internal monologue goes really into overdrive with it, only without a dial to control it. As a consquence I feel bombarded and overloaded with information.
