Thoughts on Ascension.?

Hey guys,not really new to the forum,I have another account here but I was forced to create this one because my significant other would stalk my journal entries and invade my privacy.
But anyhow now that I cleared that out the way…

What are you guys thoughts on ascension.? I was running khan for the last 7 months and made it to the end but I just wasn’t getting the results I was after and deep down I feel it’s due to a lack of foundation. Any time I ran Khan I would feel apathetic which felt super heavy to me and wouldn’t go away even if running just one loop and would go on for months. Khan was my first sub ever but I’m starting to realize that perhaps it’s still far too advanced for me at the moment so I have started a stack of Ascension + Primal Seduction and I plan on running it for the next 3 months in hopes I build a foundation and then be able to go back to Khan st4.

I don’t see many journals on Ascencion which is weird because I see people talk very highly of it.

My goals are to be able to successfully game women and achieve a level of success many men would dream of reaching.

Thoughts.?

I jumped way too quickly into Khan and DR as well.

I’m now running ascension and primal (and a bit of Wanted).

My sense of personal power and capability of dealing with whatever comes up is higher than ever.

I think you’ll be really happy with running ascension for a while.

Thoughts on Ascension…

You’ll become more driven. If you’re not a morning person, you’ll become one. I didn’t have a choice.

You’ll become more assertive. My woman didn’t take it well for a bit, but she got used to it.

Your posture, stride and body language will improve.

I just wanna restate, you WILL speak your mind even if it’s uncomfortable; the urge didn’t leave me alone and I cussed out my father when he went too far, and he respected it (later on).

You’ll be drawn more to your purpose. When I was on Ascension, many many many synchronicities happened for me in line with this.

And much more. As to there not being many journals, sure, but those journals are mostly quality reads.

My thought is that it should be the first step in subliminals. Quite simply, Ascension sets in the groundwork.

Let’s take Stark for example, although its a powerful program by its own right, someone that underwent Ascension THEN stark, or simultaneously would be more “Stark-ier” than someone who hasn’t, simply because you would have the alpha foundation driving you - that executing force and will to trigger all of the stark goals. Ascension would take away the social toxicity that we adapt, the nice guy mentality, the victim-hood, the defeatist, while instilling a powerful mindset of well-being in your skin and reality - it will give you the Cahones that might’ve been missing.

I somewhat feel the same towards Primal but in a romantic settings. Primal Ascension… That’s something else

I’ll put it this way…

I ran Ascension for 4+ months, a lot of the time a single loop per day (Q era), and it remains my favorite subliminal after the Emperor.

I intend to add it to my current custom as I sorely miss the flavor of Ascension.

As people have stated time and time again, ascension is simply a great staple preceding any stack you choose with these guys. It works well in tandem with just about anything.

How well would Ascension (or Ascended Mogul, for that matter) work with a healing-heavy stack, a healing-focused custom, or with Stage 1 or 2 of Dragon Reborn? I thought I read that the healing aspect would overshadow any other scripting.

I’m currently am now running Ascension and GLM Ultima V2 in a stack together. No plans to keep a journal as ascension programming are already within me due to various uses of different versions of Emperor. I simply missed the feeling of raw personal power that it can consistently bring, so I’m trying it as a major program solo this time. Ascension is the type of sub that’ll coerce you into speaking facts and backing it up, even before you’ve become fully aligned with the scripting. At least this is the type of experience I had via Emperor. It hardens you to the core. Thanks to that programming, people are still cautious when they socialize with me to this day, even when I display a calmer and more approachable demeanor. Looking back on it I can’t remember the last time someone blatantly disrespected me.

Not sure ascension will cover healing in a broad sense, I see it more as an armor that toughens you up and makes it more difficult for you to mentally and emotionally break in the future.

I’ve got tons of healing modules in my custom, I’m just wondering if Ascension would have a beneficial effect if run alongside it, or if it would be lost in the noise.

Physical healing or mental and emotional

The latter it would pair amazingly with, the former I couldn’t speak on.

When I first started here I did run emperor and regeneration in a stack. That combo seemed to help accelerate my personal mental and emotional healing, and also did make it tougher for me to “break”.

Emotional healing… I built my custom (in Terminus strength, and through a fortuitous glitch, I received it in Terminus Squared strength too, which is a doozy to run) to build a mindset with equanimity as a default state… calm focus. Over the past few months I’ve realized that I didn’t put enough alpha scripting in… it has Inner Voice, Iron Frame, and a few others… but nothing like what Ascension would add.

So now I’m wondering about the effectiveness of running Ascension (or Ascended Mogul) alongside a healing-heavy custom, to add more of the unshakable core feeling that I want.

Oh yeah man. Ascension checks off all of that. I would recommend GLM but I have no experience with it so if another major title is ok in your stack, Ascension would be great.

I don’t think you can go wrong with Ascension with your goals. If you do go for it, I would personally recommend not looking so much for the quick results, though those will come.

Ascension goes pretty deep and when my custom was completed I was torn between continuing with Ascension or focusing on different goals. I don’t feel as if I got everything I wanted from it and indeed, I remember thinking that I was just Beginning to feel and see the real benefits of Ascension :slight_smile:

I recall telling @Hoppa how I felt that any man or woman wanting to get their shit together would benefit greatly from running Ascension or Ascension for Women , Dragon Reborn, and The Executive.

Resolve your issues, get confidence and drive , and get shit done.

For extra shiggles add in R.I.C.H and possibly EOG
