It becomes very obvious what’s happening if you look at the objective list and compare it to you “negative results.”
If, for instance, you are running something that’s meant to make you better in bed, and then you find yourself suddenly self-conscious about your sexual performance, it’s a pretty cut and dry correlation that points to recon.
For instance, when I first started running Limitless, I felt dumb as a post. Like really unintelligent. Just flat stupid. I felt like the stupidest person alive, despite, you know, taking an IQ test that put me above 120. Lol.
When I first started running LotS I felt like a pig-faced ugly little weasel. Despite people telling me how handsome I was and watching my hair thicken and my strength increase.
I could go on all day.
The point is, if you’re experiencing the seeming “opposite” of what you’re supposed to experience, it’s recon.
Some people are lucky and they can just plug and play. Others like myself, and clearly like you also, have thicker shadows that are more resistance to changes immediately.
On the more “spiritual side” I’ve noticed often that when running a subliminal that’s trying to give you results that are pretty far away from who and what you currently are, often you first have to experience the opposite of what you want.
It’s kind of like a test that strengths your resolve if you pass it.
This confrontation with the opposite should (if you let it) boost your confidence, because it helps you to see and realize that actually you DO have social skills, you ARE sexy, or what ever else.
Looks like this process is already happening for you. Part of you is realizing that you don’t have social anxiety, that you are good with people. Etc.
It’s very possible that you might have taken on ideas about being socially anxious from your environment because it’s so rampant on social media.
In any case, you’ll be fine. Listen properly, stay on the stack if you’re committed to the objectives, the results will come.
Typical Timeline
Cycle 1 is generally mostly a wash. Within the first week or so of a new stack, results start to come, then around the middle recon sets in and it starts to appear that results are further away than you thought, it even feels like you might be moving backward.
Cycle 2 Recon starts to dissipate, you start to stabilize, and you start to feel more “normal”. Results start to come again.
Cycle 3 Recon fades even more, results ramp up, and real changes become VERY evident. It becomes clear that positive changes were happening, and that things were “happening for a reason” as it were.
