Rather than transferring why not just give the others their own badge.

That badge is for the one who got the highest rank first and I’m not even the fifth as far as I know. Thank you anyhow, mate.

I would be only about remaking the description that says it’s for the first member who got the highest rank. Like for; the member who contributed their knowledge and expertise to the forum the most, or something like that.
