The War Room. Niles Emperor/Muay Thai X journal

Been awhile since I’ve kept up on a consistent journal, and as I’m getting very serious about my goals I figured it would be a good way to track progress. I’ve been running emperor ZP for 3 weeks now, and I’ve just included Muay Thai ZP into my stack as well, I’ve ran 3 loops of it. I’ve posted about my results in the emperor thread already, but one thing I’ve noticed really starting to kick in is that I’m not hesitant or procrastinating on my goals, I take action on them right away and it feels almost effortless. In fact procrastinating causes quite a bit of reconciliation but as I’m actively taking action I feel almost euphoric.

As for Muay Thai ZP, I’m pretty stoked to see where this leads. Ive recently moved and joined one of the top MMA gyms in the state, if not the country which some very prominent UFC fighters initially trained. I’ve attended a few classes now, after not having trained in a few months. I’m definitely rusty but I for sure am noticing a difference from the first session, my guard is tighter, my boxing feels tight and in control, like I’m finally throwing from the hips and even though I throw with less force they seem to be more impactful. Definitely need to work on my kicks more as my hip mobility is trash after focusing on powerlifting for the last few months.

I’m envious a bit that you can do Muay Thai
I don’t have the time or resources currently

SWEET! Welcome to the gang, looking forward to the results. I’ve also got a lot of work to do on my kicks, so best of luck with that. Personally, I really need to work on my flexibility more than anything.

He’s a guy who lives in Romania and owns casinos. Very entertaining fellow. Speaks a lot of truth. Controversial to be sure but he is cool in my book.

Big Andrew Tate guy :joy::joy:. One of my main goals is to join the war room by June this year. See you there :cowboy_hat_face:

War Room is bigger or better than The Fastlane Forum?

It’s definitely more private, smaller, more exclusive, and they revoke memberships for people who fail to succeed. Considering that membership costs over 5000$ USD, it definitely puts on the pressure to do the work once you get in.

Yeah anything where you have to drop a huge chunk of change will definitely motivate you. Although I do feel maturity plays a part.
I signed up for jiu jitsu back in early 2017. I honestly thought at the time that it was something I really wanted to do. It wasn’t and ended up costing somewhere around $2k to get out of it
Mark Manson discusses that in one of his books. How in his teens or twenties he thought he wanted to be in a band. Then he realized the hassle and logistics of learning to play, finding people to play with , making the time to practice, hauling gear, and finding gigs
It just wasn’t what he thought he wanted
After I read that I realized how a lot of my life especially when I was younger was like that. Thinking I wanted to do something then almost immediately finding out it either wasn’t for me or I didn’t have the desire to do the work that it would require. Going back to school and past relationships were a perfect example.
I didn’t want to be up all day after working the overnight shift taking classes or hanging out with someone. I usually wanted to sleep or do nothing
I often feel now that a lot of mental and emotional healing includes realizing that you don’t have to do shit out of obligation , fear , guilt, or any other unnecessary or most likely toxic reason
