It has to be CBD isolate thought so that it’s THC free. Basically it indirectly increase muscle growth because of it anti-catabolic properties in that it reduces cortisol. This is good because a lot of cortisol reduces muscle growth so having less of decrease muscle loss and increase growth. Also it increase REM sleep which indirectly increase muscle growth and lastly it increase testosterone (Thought probably not by a lot) however it’s important to not take it too close after a workout from my understand since it has anti inflammatory benefits which can cause a reduction in muscle growth (Some inflammation is needed for muscle growth).
Conclusion, if you we’re to take it make sure it’s THC-Free and take it before bed

Not even one cycle and already my flat dumbbell press is 85lbs for 15 reps and my incline dumbbell press is 85lbs for 6 reps. Everyone keeps commenting on how much leaner and bigger I got which makes me happy
This one girl from the gym who rejected me a few months ago was looking at me with a strange face as if it was regret and a hint of curiosity. Anyone can explain this?

I just noticed something freaky when I sent that pic of Jeff Seid. My shoulders are looking more and more like his. Like not even just size but vascularity as well

- I will make a Wanted/Empfit ST3 custom focused on purely physical shifting and run it for a year (Been running Wanted for 3 months now so I’m sure a year would be possible). Reason being Stark will only be so useful until September 12 which by then I will need to use Limitless to focus on work/classes.

Why I’m doing this is so that I can do 6 months of intelligence (Limitless) to get as much knowledge about my field as possible and then the other 6 months focus on wealth and advancing in my career (Emperor: HOM). The reason I can’t do the second one first is because I wanna make sure I’m prepared and as smart as I possibly can be.
