Actually since I started this subliminals…I have experienced dreams , depression and some mood changes
But I still have this doubt the am not using the right earpiece or something…
Pls these specified earpiece in the forum are they the only one that can make the subliminals work…
Am having this worries that the earpiece am using might not be effective

but i think any earpiece or earphones would do the job. as long as theyre clear and not distorted or super cheap like 10 dollars or something
Not at all, as long as they’re good quality and not overly cheap, they should work just fine. Also I checked and the frequencies seem to go up to 20,000 Hz. You’re definitely good. Just use it and if you have the cash, consider upgrading to one of the approved ones. Have you read the manual?
