Yes. Probably should do that.
It is hard for me to quantify benefits. I work in a creative field and do creative work on a daily basis. Those patterns were already established before beginning to listen to Renaissance Man.

Played the track over my phone speakers, but forgot to turn it off after 15 minutes and ended up listening for nearly 30 minutes.
Wow, I realized I have been listening and posting here for more than 5.5 years.
Have gone from 24/7 set and forget to this more recent strategy of less is more.
Running the Ren Man.
Still pondering Stark Black Reality.
I find it hard to tell what effects Renaissance Man is causing as I work in the Fine Arts area and have certain practices already built into my day to day life.
Running Renaissance Man, again.
Back at it.
Running again.
Run Ren.
Also running my Thursday evening Jupiter prosperity ritual.
Iovis Optimus Maximus!
I keep hearing people talk about micro loops, but I’ve been continuing 15 minutes runs. I keep forgetting to turn the track off even beyond 15 as I have Musicolet set to loop the same track over and over.
Lately I have also been running Major Mark Cunningham’s “Things Are Looking Up” before bed.
A separate app for subliminals would help with this. Have that app setting only to one loop.
You could post “Rest Day” or "Rest* on your journal when you are not running any subliminal on that day similar to the way you post “Running RM” on the days you run it.
Running this again.
Ren was running when I posted this.
Can’t believe I forgot to run my track for 5 days.
I guess that turns into one of the periodic breaks one is supposed to take from listening.
Running it now.
Ran about half, got interrupted, now running the second half.
