Zero anxiety when going out in public, calm, social with people I don’t even know, confident, relaxed.

Earth has completely fixed my digestion.
No more lethargy or brain fog after eating, only energy.
No more food sitting in my stomach for hours, it is now digested very fast which allows me to eat more and gain weight, already gained 2kg.
I can finally drink after eating, I used to not be able to drink after eating because it would make me sick and stop my digestion, now I can chug immediately after eating, I had to choose between dehydration and sickness, no more.
I can eat so much, drink so much and I still feel amazing

Detachment from outcome has increased, talking and saying what I want because this is how I am and not calculating the outcome of what I say is very liberating and a better way to live.

Everyday I’m getting better and better, my improvement shocks everyone that I’m training with, they all trained for months and years and I’m catching up to them at the speed of life.
Can’t wait for my first amateur fight.

Flexibility is increasing rapidly, stiffness is softened, soon I will be more flexible than Yoel Romero.
