I’ve decided to start my 5-day washout a few days early (as of yesterday).

I’ll resume on Sunday.

We are in the midst of a number of radical transformations.

Of the way thought and knowledge are and can be organized.

Today is the 5th washout day.

I may extend it. Waiting for my ZPU upgrade to custom. And the retrograde ends in 5 days, if I remember correctly.

We’ll see. I’ll play it by ear.

It seems like I may be entering a phase of separating subliminal plays from meditation sessions.

This is partly brought on by the fact that full-loops seem no longer to be the ultimate destination.

It seems to be all about calibrated doseages in combination with applied action. The quality of action guides the doseage. Gone are the days of ‘set it and forget it’.

Think about it.

Everything, every condition, that is here, MUST arise from phenomena and conditions that are not that thing, not that condition.
It must be so. If a thing were to somehow come from or arrive from itself, then that would mean that it was already here. And in that case, that was not a coming; not an arrival.

If there is a moment when a thing comes, when it arrives, then that means that before that moment, there was/were other-than-that-thing that somehow conspired to combine it or shape it into existence.
Every apple must come from conditions that are not-that-apple.

Every car comes from conditions that are not-that-car.

Every person comes from conditions and phenomena that are not-that-person.

This gives (a bit of) the lie to our conceptions and conceptualizations of love.

To truly love a thing, you must be deeply interested in the ‘not-that-thing’ that gives rise to it.

You do not truly understand a thing, unless you understand the not-that-things that make it possible.

It also reveals the limits of our love, lust, desire, fascination. We invariably are fascinated with one or several specific phases or parts or components of what is in fact a much larger cycle or system. The whole cycle or system is necessary in order for the PART that we love to exist, be present, be sustained.

It’s not that our feelings and desires are unreal or any less meaningful. It’s that we should not overstate their scope.

You may love the summer. But the summer does not exist without the winter, spring, and fall. You may not desire those other seasons in quite the same way, and that is just fine. But recognize that the thing you love extends beyond your love of it. Then you can love intensely but humbly. Allowing the painful release that enables the cycles that support and sustain what you love.

10:50 PM

Useful shifts and connections already happening.

Played my loops around 5:30 pm or so, I think.

30 seconds was a good start.

I use Claude as an interlocutor and journal. So maybe I’ll share the prompt I typed there.

It seems like what’s holding me up the most in my Goal Area of development: Business, Sovereignty, and the rest, is feeling empowered to create and express in the world.

I don’t intend to manufacture another drama out of this, or to make it into a big ‘project’. I’m facing it as a quiet, lived reality.

It’s something like extraversion.

Business to me is just doing things that you think are worth doing…but organizing those things to be sustainably monetary. It’s almost interior decorating. Or architecture. An architect can build a dwelling from clay, from steel, from plastic, from branches. The issue is to make it structurally stable.

A business architect is the same. They can evaluate and optimize monetary sustainability and stability.

What materials and media to build with? Where to build? Why to build? Those are questions of Value and Soul.

And that brings me back to my first point.

The question is actually much easier and simpler than it might appear.

It’s just What do you want? What do you want to do? What do you think, in the world, is or could be good or worth doing or experiencing?

These are just questions of how you want to live.

And they’re not Pressure Questions. They’re life and Lifestyle Questions.

How do you want to live?

Then you add monetization positioning and structural stability to that.

So it comes back to ‘Î am Allowed to Live My Life’. If that’s a ‘leak area’ (a place where things cannot hold, or where things are unable to stand), then it will impair the Business ability to hold anything.

This is not a fundamentally DISTANCE QUESTION. You don’t have to leave life and go into a mathematical equation virtual reverie. You can if that’s your way. But that’s not necessary. It’s about whatever you find worth doing: analytically, experientially, emotionally, somatically, relationally, solitarily. Those are just parameters. They are established based on your life circumstances (including will and choice).

So, together with the Business Question, there’s the Sovereignty Question. I have the right to develop my power to embody, to build, to express. In my case, these are the two mutually supporting ovals of the Infinity sign.

After my ~30 second plays of my two subs the other day, I had dream responses. Interestingly, both times they seemed to occur just before waking. And there was the subjective sense that the dream had been quite brief in clock time.

There was also a sense that a much longer period of dreaming had occurred, but I was just remembering the very tail end of it.

Both (remembered) dream situations were not comfortable.

I also started processing thoughts and feelings of discouragement, lack of progress, and frustration.

Not pervasively, there were other thoughts and experiences going on; but significantly.

It was that subtle, low-level, analytically-oriented state of mind. It shows up as questions and thought-processes. And it takes me a while to sense what is going on. At some point it strikes me that the style of thinking does not seem quite balanced, and is skewed towards difficulty.

I think part of what makes it complicated is that my nature, my self, my modes of development are genuinely unorthodox. So there is some legitimate, I think, objective challenge to what I’m aiming to accomplish.

I think I will listen again, but will stay with the 30 second length for now. We’ll see.
