The MALKUTH Catharsis (Malkuth Journal)

I have been contemplating and exploring time in a new way over the past year or so. In the past few months, my thoughts have been developing and coming together further.

Now as I’m entering into work with AEON stage 1, these thoughts are feeling quite salient to AEON.

I may start to include some of these thoughts here in this journal. The following entries are from this morning’s offline journaling:

8:30 AM Saturday 6 JUne 2026

My body is feeling significantly stronger and more solid and capable than it did when I first returned to the gym on 20 February 2026. It took three months of moderate, properly calibrated work to get to this point. And I’m only just getting started.

Working smart has been many times better than simply working hard. Patience, moderation, temperance. These have been the most important aspects of this new journey.

I have passed a certain threshold and can now begin to see (and feel) the adaptation of my body. But this is still somewhat tenuous in the sense that the principles that are supporting my development are not unassailably integrated into my lifestyle and overall approach.

In fact, if I could develop the strongest configuration of my approach , it would be just about 100% data-driven, principles-driven and not emotion-driven, determination-driven. Not quite 100% but close to it.

One of the biggest factors here is the limitation of my subjective time frame and time perception.

My human imagination does not perceive ‘change x time’ accurately. That is why we get frustrated, discouraged, depressed, impatient, and hopeless. We cannot accurately conceptualize change and the potential of change.

Given our perceptual and intellectual limitations, patient accurate moderation and modulation (of effort and action) often depends on blind-faith and personal temperament rather than accurate understanding (which is, I believe, its more appropriate foundation).

It’s not that slow is necessarily better (though it often is); it’s that RIGHT is better. And the capacity and ability to determine RIGHT is often limited and compromised.

Given 10 years and ACCURATE change/time perception/planning, there are few goals that would be unreachable.

And we generally do have 10 years.

So it’s pretty clear where the deficit lies.

Accurate, effective perception of change-potential also frequently gets thrown off by social comparison. Which often loses control of emphasizing SHOULD over emphasizing IS. (i.e,. the balance gets skewed too far in the direction of emphasizing SHOULD.)

It frustrates me that I all too often don’t see accurately and don’t imagine accurately. The limitations of my species frustrate me.

I want to improve this aspect of myself.

It is rooted, for me, in Consciousness; and in the cultivation of Consciousness.

This line of development is so much farther-reaching than any of the typical superficial goals on which we usually lock (usually as a result of barely acknowledged evolutionary and historical momentum and pressures).

Consciousness subsumes and transcends all of them; and yet feels more elusive than fairy tales and wisps of fancy; particularly at the beginning.

I will pray for and work for greater discernment.

Morning Musings (haven’t yet meditated)

The law of the Meat World is kill and be killed, eat and be eaten.

Not ‘or’; ‘and’.

There does not seem to be a very high standard of justice to that.

On this level, the best of what we call ‘justice’ is probably closer to Organization and Administration.

Fortunately, there seems to be a bit more to us than just Meat.

Imagination is not quite what you/I think it is.

It’s worth it to explore this area.

It’s surprising to me that I already feel so much resonance with AEON.

Maybe it’s that even though my first formal microloop with AEON was just 2 weeks ago on 24 May 2026, I was possibly already attuning to it long before that. I did notice some insights about ‘time’ that came to me many months ago, I think (can’t quite remember the timeline of it).

It’s pretty common in our post-quantum, ‘post-Matrix’ era to hear people opine that ‘time is a construct’. I believe that that’s accurate. A perceptual construct that is nowhere near as straight-forward as we imagine in childhood. (Like many things.)

But what came to me is that while ‘Time’ is a construct, I would not say that its substantive counterpart or foundation, CHANGE, is a construct. Or at least not in the same way.

In a way, TIME is the mental construct that we develop to try to conceptualize and navigate CHANGE.

8:04 of AEON Stage 1 tonight in bed.

Was aiming for 7 mins. But my mind began to feel quite comfortable and easy. When I realized the time again, I had slightly overshot.

Interesting.

I currently have two listening days:

Listening Day 1: 15 minutes silence, 15 minutes INTERFACE, 15 minutes silence, 15 minutes Al-Kara Khan (done with meditation)

Listening Day 2: microloops of Alchemist Royal: AEON stage 1

  • I’ve begun to experience observable result-effects from INTERFACE (still feel subtle)
  • I have also had what seem to be subtle, generalized recon effects associated with integrating and processing AEON. They’re faint enough that I could attribute them to life stress or so-called ‘randomness’ or simply other unidentified factors. But for now, I’m choosing to try out associating them with AEON.
    – somewhat increased dream activity with themes of weakness, smallness, powerlessness
    – similarly themed subjective thoughts and feelings though somewhat subtle (i.e., perceptions of no progress, questioning my capacity to reach goals, and so on)

Seems like those could be associated with processing, integration, and opening up at deeper levels of mind and being

So, today I opted to repeat Listening Day 1 another time. Getting that continued flow of results from INTERFACE while also giving AEON more time to process and unfold.

This all feels so tentative. But I’ll go with this interpretation for now. It is plausible after all.

Part of me suspects that the doubt and uncertainty now is proportionate to the degree of benefit as the integration process progresses.

I’ve continued to throttle back on AEON Stage 1.

Not sure but it feels like it introduced a major stimulus to my mind. And that running all three programs might require more adaptation.

That’s actually a very good sign to me.

In the past, I’d just keep going, I think. It wasn’t intolerable. But I think I’m slowly, slowly making a shift and transition in my orientation; gradually becoming more action-oriented (or maybe more accurately, ‘expression oriented’) which is what I’ve been working on the entire time.

It’s not as simple as just ‘doing anything’. Or ‘taking any action’. I’m looking to achieve a particular kind of action that is guided by and resonant with my internal process.

That’s what I’m working to develop.

Ironically, imagination or imaginal cultivation is our only way to experience most of everything that exists, since the vast majority of the Cosmos lies outside of the range and grasp and breadth of neural-sensate mediation and accommodation.

Ego is a vehicle for navigating the world.

Like all vehicles, it has limitations, characteristics, and tendencies that need to be learned in order to operate it more effectively.

The same is true of Mind; and of Consciousness.
