Honor to the Alchemists.
To those who devote themselves to mapping and navigating the terrain of Transformation;
rather than being content with mere labeling and diagnosis.
Diagnosis divorced from an understanding of growth and transformation often does more harm than good. Just a way to either criticize someone or make excuses for them.
Combined, however, with an appreciation for transformation and competence in transformation, diagnosis becomes valuable information for updating the maps of growth and setting the course of change.

The relationship between an individual human and a Memetic Pattern
Many individual human beings are blissfully unaware that we are carriers or media for the propagation of memetic patterns.
Ironically, the fact of this ignorance makes us even more ideal carriers, since it means that we bring much lower critical perspective to the entire process.

I think it’s simplistic to think of individuals, organizations, nations in terms of being ‘Good or Bad’.
But,
The times when people tend to do evil things are when they’re dealing with those they categorize as Other.
Thus, no matter who you are dealing with (and this is including yourself), it’s prudent to keep track of who and how they perceive Otherness.
This will allow you to track the some of the conditions in which they are most likely to do great harm.

Indulging in some time this morning to reflect on my subliminals.
My Phenomenaut Genesis custom subliminal is, in fact, built out of my previous custom subliminal, Sapiens ZP.
4 very important modules were swapped out. A major change.
But the other 16 modules remained the same.
This means that 16 of the modules in my current PHENOMENAUT Genesis QTKS custom subliminal have been played consistently since 12 August 2022.
In other words, for 16 out of the 20 modules that comprise PHENOMENAUT Genesis, I am currently in my 24th month of exposure.
This is part of why I felt able to take the liberty of including 3 program cores in PHENOMENAUT Genesis. (Sapiens ZP originally had two program cores.)
The 16 modules that I have played since August 2022 are:

Way of Understanding

In about one month, I will have been with these 16 modules for two years. And no end in sight.
The 4 modules that were removed when Sapiens became PHENOMENAUT Genesis were: Emperor, Quantum Limitless, Wisdom Personified, and Productivity Unleashed.
These 4 were replaced with the following: The Revelation of Spirit, The Revelation of Mind, Genesis, and You Are Not Alone.
Those 4 elements replacing the previous 4 are responsible for the shift from Sapiens to PHENOMENAUT.

It seems pretty clear that these changes represented a shift in the subliminal from an Externally-oriented, Will-powered, Control-based approach, to an Internally-oriented, Acceptance-powered, Unfolding-based approach.
That is much more aligned with who I am as a person.

Understandably, we are more aware of the Objects of sensation, than we are with the Process of sensation.
This seems very reasonable to me. A flashlight draws attention to the object it illuminates, not to itself. A film projector draws attention to the screen on which the movie is playing out, not to the projector itself.
Similarly, our sensations are reflections of objects.
But the foundation of the entire process of sensing–the flashlight, the film projector, is more or less invisible to us. Yet it is the most important part of the phenomenon.
The parts that are most important are the most difficult to conceptualize because they are the foundation of conceptualizing.
Once we know this, meditation (and, frankly, life itself) takes on a very different context.
We typically ignore almost every important thing that exists.
We’re like a farmer who can only see vegetables but is blind to seeds or to the soil.
If such a farmer were to see another farmer working to till the soil, to nourish it, and to renew it, he’d laugh at this fool. Everyone knows farming is about vegetables. Why is this idiot wasting so much time?
This is how meditators appear to people who have not yet encountered a sense of Consciousness.

This is why being present is so important. If you are fully present then you are always totally aware of the process of sensation. Life IS the process of sensation and our conceptualizations are always a shadow of the living reality.

Fully present or totally aware are pretty tall orders.
But I’m cool with just being a little bit more than I was yesterday.

It’s arguable that, if your goal is to help people, understanding mistakes is even more important than understanding how to do things right.
It might even be true to say that if your goal is to just to deeply understand a thing (and not even to help another person to do it), then understanding all of the ways that it can be done wrong is more important than understanding how to do it right.

I have yet to dive into those. I think I may have heard a little bit of Victorialand.
This group was literally introduced to me by my first real girlfriend. I found it utterly beautiful. At that time, Heaven or Las Vegas was their most recent album.
It feels cool to share this with you. How did you come to find them? Have you ever seen them perform live?
I’ve been thinking about how much more open I was. Youth. A time when you’re just absorbing so many amazing influences.
It’s seeming desirable to work with opening up a bit more. But in moderation.
