Alright, I’ll avoid telling you “don’t have any more accidents like that again”… well… I tried to contain myself. 
Okay now seriously, I’ve noticed that the various formats Qv2, Ultima, and definitely ZP seem to have a feel good effect in them. That is probably what you are experiencing.
I would encourage you to think about NOT listening to your subliminals for 3 to 5 days. Give your brain time to process. Maybe even make it a point to get more sleep than usual, maybe up to 9 or 10 hours for the next few days. REM/dream sleep I think tends to help the brain process the script.
