I found myself doing a lot of thinking today about my life and where exactly i want to head. I have all these things i want to make happen but no actual goals written out. I am wondering if meditation might help me clear my mind and help me figure out my path better.

I noticed that a meditation practice leads to more mindfulness.
Since we detach our sense of self away from our thoughts and feelings through meditation, we become more aware that we aren’t what we think or feel.
We realize we are Awareness.

Been a few weeks since i posted anything… Mainly because i switched to 3 new custom… lol these ones feel more me honestly I took a week or 2 break and then started my new customs this past weekend
I want to journal here but i go against listening recommendations and custom creation recommendations so i am not sure posting updates here is the best idea lol

My main goal with this stack are to build my dream life. I want to make more money, get back to being social instead of being a hermit. I started listening to all 3 this week
I woke up the past 2 days feeling like a new person honestly.
I bet i have a somewhat flow factor when it comes to customs because i tend to see results rather quickly even just little things.

I listen to mine for 5 minutes each and this week i was so excited to listen to them i listened to the first 2 saturday afternoon and night. I think i listened to them both monday night, i got my 3rd custom tuesday night and listened to it bc i just didnt want to wait lol. And then i was like screw it and listened to the first 2 wednesday during the day and back to the love and hunder one last night…
Yea so this week i have messed up with my listening days because i was just so excited to see results… I guess i wanted to also experiment and see what would happen

Is using the Iawake or Brainwaves app ok or is that like a no no
Like would either of those hurt my results or sub processing
I only ask because they have some cool programs for getting into different flow states and also energizing and relaxing tracks

I do understand the question. I am also familiar with Iawake.
The subliminals are designed to put you in an idea state for your goals.
Now there are a few ways to consider this.
First the general rule is not to mix these things.
You could experiment, as you have been using SC products for over a year. So you might know if brainwave entrainment (bwe) might help or hinder if you use them.
Personally I rarely use any bwe since running SC products.

I wanted to see how Emperor and Khan would run together as i had run them separate many times. I think that is also why i added in RM in a third custom to help balance out all the masculine energy.
I always had my best times running 1 or the other, i also love experimenting with sub stacks.
I think this 3 custom trifecta has pretty much anything and everything you could want out of a stack lol.

Hey everyone
Hope you are all having a good week so far where ever you are in the world
Last night while i was getting ready for bed i ended up listening to 2 of my customs for 7 mins each and then some on accident… I only got 2-3 hours of sleep but man i slept pretty amazing and woke up feeling like a fucking beast lol.
I ended up passing out listening to 1 of my customs and listened to 5 other zp subs in my VLC app on my phone… oops all for 15 mins each. Needless to say i thought i would wake up feeling groggy and dead but the exact opposite lol. And today honestly i have felt pretty fucking amazing
