If you make a mistake in your custom what’s the fastest way to get a response to correct it?

I accidentally missed puting Merger of Worlds in my custom build today. I bought the module for it but didn’t put it in the build when I meant to. I want to correct this by adding the module to the custom as fast as possible because its a time sensitive issue.

I already submitted a support ticket. #12912

Should I message anyone specifically?

I’m hoping they haven’t started on my build yet. I am making this post just to bump this to the front of the forum to hopefully get a response from staff before its too late.

Best take a two-pronged approach.

DM the founders (Fire and Saint) and drop a case with the service desk.

I think the first 3-4 days are here to wait and see if the customer has wishes.
