Day 20: full loops of HoT, RICH & RoW 
Wash out begins tomorrow!
I’ve been quite experimental with my January listening with some moderate recon that balanced and smoothed out quickly.
I am currently adding a pinch of sea salt to my water.
Been using eye mask every morning with my skin care routine.
This hits hard.
New hair today!!!
Also, I love how I just go and buy an effin Jeep compass today after listening to one loop of RoW with RICH!

I can’t wait to give that a listen once it’s finally ready. Been waiting years it seems! I understand why it’s such a careful process.
I feel pretty great since listening to RoW yesterday and making such a bold move to purchase a brand new vehicle with all the bells and whistles I wanted. I said to myself, “I won’t settle.” I pick this beauty up tomorrow:
The whole experience of going into the dealership was next level. I got a fantastic sales guy and the finance manager remembered me from years ago! The other finance lady poked her head in to talk with me. She used to be in sales and helped me pick my last Wrangler. I was complimented on how fast I was with getting the paperwork needed from my bank and insurance.

I loved the synergy of RICH with RoW the one day I did them together.
I wonder how I would benefit from taking a listening cycle off from SB and what the bloom effect would do for me. It’s been one of my regular subs for a year now!
I definitely want to use RoW for a cycle and continue with either HoT or the upgraded Seductress.
I’d probably benefit greatly from something like the following:
HoT
DD
RoW
DD
RoW
RICH
DD
SB
RoW
I’ll continue washing out even though I have an itch to resume listening and dive deeper into action!

Edit: I talked with ChatGPT about this and they recommend a cycle of RoW, HoT and DD while allowing SB to bloom.
