I just wanted to quick share that I am having such amazing results with The Elixir. So much anxiety, trepidation and general unease is literally vanishing from my experience, and I attribute that in great part to this very special subliminal. I adhere to the 1 day on/1 day off pattern and listen to The Elixir whilst I sleep every other night. I think it would be beneficial for folks who struggle even with things like porn addiction and other hardships one might not immediately assign as ‘traumatic’, but rather - well, I can’t say because I don’t have that issue or the biological makeup - but I can see how there are many things in our experience that really do need ‘healing’ not just to be ‘eliminated’ or ‘corrected’. Of course what is scripted in The Elixir is unknown to me, but I suspect it to be deeply affirming and supportive of a non-judgemental, unconditional love for ones self.
I’m glad to hear of your results. How long have you been on Elixir?
About 3 weeks. Nice thing about The Elixir is that a guided meditation is included in the purchase. It is very powerful and I’ve found it to be quite helpful.
I’m currently running Khan TB and Regeneration together. If all goes well, I may throw Elixir into the mix in a bout a month or two. For me this would be a pretty awesome stack.
The key is to run things long term. One thing I have to warn you about, is the temptation to switch this in about a month. I see this often. Someone is making great progress, and then they drop the sub before full fruition. Hang in there long-term, that’s my advice. Beware of shiny object syndrome, it will torpedo your progress every time.
A desire to switch a sub is oftentimes recon.
Sounds great man. Is that the only thing you’re running? Self love is really important. Self love unconditionally and forgiving ones self for everything. After I went back to working on that every morning things really started to change for me. There’s more flow, more synchronicity, more resilience etc.
That sounds cool. I was interested in Khan but I didn’t know how it would go for a female. How is that working out?
Thank you for the confirmation. I think I’m going to stick with my combination for 5 months at least. I’m doing Ultimate Artist and Stark Q one day, the day off and then Ecstasy of Gold stage 1 and R.I.C.H. the next day with the Elixir at night every other day. I tried the Limitless Executive as a morning ‘booster’, but I played 2 loops and proceeded to spend the day totally stuck, wandering around the house drinking tea, binging on YouTube videos and my Telegram feed; didn’t even exercise, so I figured I’d put that one out of the picture until later.
Khan is coming along slowly. I’m not pushing myself. Nice and easy wins the race. Khan is best done solo. Stage one is total breakdown. I did Regeneration for 4 months, before I did Khan TB solo for 3 months. Now I’ve combined the two. Thanks for asking.
If you hit recon, thin out the stack and take more rest days. For me, what you are running is pretty dense. Some people can handle that many different subs, I can’t. But if you’re o.k. with that, with no major signs of recon, continue.
Signs of Recon to look out for:
- getting overly emotional. More than usual…
- Fatigue
3.Boredom while listening to the sub - increased stress/
- This shit don’t work
- headaches
- possibly nightmares/night terrors…
Others can add to this list…
Things that can help with Recon:
- Physical activity. Get your body moving…
- Drink water!
- Sleep longer/ or start taking short naps if it doesn’t disrupt your normal sleeping.
4.have more rest days. - cut back on the amount of loops/ thin out your stack.
I hope, I haven’t bored you with this list… I honestly think that you re doing well, I just want to make sure you avoid the mistakes that we all went through.
I appreciate the feedback @Gilligan. I read of people with all these titles put together and I thought what I was doing was light. Maybe its different because they’re doing the custom made type. At any rate, I think I’m going to do the R.I.C.H. and Stark Q and leave it at that for awhile and keep the Elixir at night. I see myself stalling too much for my comfort level, so I’ll see if that helps.
Not bored at all. Thank you!
Hi Stealth, it really depends on how you’re feeling running any stack. If you are making progress, and not suffering any recon/or very light recon, then that would be a good stack for you. We’re all different. For me, I seem to be more sensitive to subs. So I have to keep my loops to a minimum, and run small stacks. Let your feelings be your gauge.
Your mind and your body will let you know…
Hi Stealth, any new developments with Elixir?
Nothing too new, I’m still appreciating the shift and letting go that, in my estimation, that subliminal brought about. I do guided meditations and it occurred to me that Mind’s Eye would be a good one so I purchased it and WOW~ it is awesome and when it comes to refining and shaping visualization, it’s a winner. Pairs well with Elixir in a very deep way.
Just listened to my first loop of elixir today actually! Then discovered your profile when you liked my post. Made a new journal for the healing from regen + elixir stack my gf and I will be on.
Glad to hear you got great results with it. I hope a lot of my tensions and mini-addictions clear up, just like you said.
Awesome! As I was doing my Pilates I thought of your journal; for some reason I was very moved by your honesty and vulnerability and also hoping that things were going well. I’m glad you discovered the Elixir, I was hoping you would. Best of luck on your journey to healing and joyful times of embodied empowerment
