Life is subtle, until it is not.
One way to describe the unconscious is as everything that is right in front of us that we are unable to cognize. Many of us are looking for the most obvious signals from our environment to help us orient and ground ourselves in reality. This can present some challenges when approaching subliminal audio programs, as the programs can take us into uncharted territory, even pulling the ground out from underneath us entirely. This can lead to second guessing and overthinking that overwhelm the process, causing us to miss or dismiss the very powerful unfolding happening in us and around us.
