Libertine × 5 minutea
Decided to add Libertine into the mix for 2 reasons, first we are taking a week vacation on the beach and the second being that all the previous focus on healing put a dent on my libido.

Honestly Im not liking the Chosen experience… if I still feel this way on saturday Im ending this stack.
I know its probably just recon, but 1 week in recon after a long healing journey? Not what I want.

Eneded up going for Genesis and RoS, did my first listening session this morning and everything seems to be working out.
I had a strong NO feeling from most of my stack ideas… This one felt quite peaceful.
Did 3 minutes of each title.

This stack is very trippy and allows me to space out. Im confirmong that at this point of my journey Im only interested in expanding my mind into new levels of awareness.

This is funny… Im experiencing a lot of pain in the middle back and decided to do a bit of introspection. I found out a lot of repressed guilt and found a way to bring those memories into a higher understanding so I could release the emotions.
After I finished the process, I began thinking that I was feeling stuck in a place I didnt want to be and this emotional release is helping me move into a freer space so I can move better.
Now I come here to post on my journal and saw the picture I posted earlier… Its making me laugh!! Look at the exact spot the caveman turning into spaceman is being pressed by the barrier between the two worlds… The middle back.!! As he moves from his previous life to a much freer space.
Bonus: The monkey looks pretty impressed, but Im not gonna comment on that for now

Knowing yourself better doesnt necessarily mean loving yourself more.
Sometimes it can result in quite the opposite situation.
Discovering that you have been behaving in ways that you dont approve, in ways that simply cause you disgust, sometimes makes it really hard to love yourself.
Loving yourself more means that you are able to know yourself better without being afraid of what you might find, without being angry, feeling guilty or ashamed of what you find, without looking for justifications nor hurrying up to change or reframe what comes up.
No negative, nor positive judgments.
Loving yourself more means that you are able to simply observe whatever it is that is unfolding and take it for what it really is… Human Experience, clouded by emotions and the frailty of memory.
