for terminus customs, is it recommended when stacking to listen one day, take on day break, listen again, take a break, listening again, and then 2 days break?
so like:
Mo x
Tue rest
Wed x
Thu rest
Fri x
Sat & Sun rest
?
Even after gaining experience etc? I looked on the FAQ, it’s a bit confusing whether this is the best way or not - Who has tried different patterns and can give some insight or share personal experience? `I feel listening everyday can get a bit too much - anyone found a nice sweet spot they’d like to share?
