I don’t know if it has been updated but I tried it with not much success into either boldness in approach nor things to say.

Personally, I’d use Summertime.
But that’s because that has been my personal style in life, long prior to running subliminals. (And I definitely don’t think that means it is the best style or the right style for everyone.)
My personal aesthetic prizes naturalness. I don’t enjoy impressing people. I like respect but not impressing. It distracts me, and leads me to waste time.
But I think PRIMAL would be awesome too; though I’ve never run it myself yet.
Whatever helps you to get out of your own way and pay attention to a world that is bigger than just yourself. That’s an ongoing important thing.

What if the shyness is not the problem?
What if it’s just an aspect that you blame for not being able to talk with her, and not the whole picture? What’s stopping you from being bold about your shyness to her?
My style is to just be genuine & honest.
When you’re shy, show it. Tell her what makes you shy. Be with your body.
If she receives it well, good. Mission completed.
If not, congrats. You just filtered someone who can’t to accept you for who you are. They usually have other preference for what they think is attractive anyway, you saved your own time.
The sub I’d recommend is DRLD to help you break the limits that restraints you from being yourself or anything that can contribute to it like DRReg & Summertime, plus any romance sub.
I’m biased towards WB since I’ve used it for almost a year total. It’s even written in its description that you don’t have to put performances & just be yourself. But other romance subs should work just fine for what you want.

Maybe Genesis: Ascension to build foundation and better integrate subliminals like Primal better. Then something like Primal, Primal Seduction, or Khan.
Don’t look for that secret tweak or module - build yourself bigger and more deeply. Level up your whole identity as a person, and move the goal-post in terms of how you subconsciously position yourself in relation to the women you’re attracted to.
