Take more rest days or drop a program?

hi

im running 3 Q’s and 1 ultima (EmperorQ+ RM+QL1+LDU) , and to be honest ive been facing some kinda shitty recon i feel like shit sometimes, and im way out of my baseline its very different and im not used to it, im feeling kinda sad but im not sad, sometimes i feel fruastrated, sometimes i feel like i could sleep for 12 hours, music doesnt effect me anymore it has less effect

and i dont know if i should feel this recon or not, QL1 has this healing stage where it disolves some traumas linked in the body, and from what i read that healing subs generally feels like shit :joy: and its not like youre gonna enjoy it its a detox phase

but maybe its not cause of QL1 Alone , maybe that my stack is too dense for my weakpoints, cuz when you have a stack that focus on everyweakpoint that you have, you will be facing lots of recon

more limiting belifes and blockages that goes against the script = more recon

ive been doing the 1 day on/1 day off pattern

but i wanna solve this problem of recon, im not used to myself this way,

so what do you suggest to solve it?

1- should i take more rest days? like 1 day on/ then - 2 rest days in a row , then repeat?

2 - or i could drop RM for now untill things calm down and i get used to emperor then i can add RM later back into my Playlist, or maybe drop it in alternating way, so one week i put it in my playlist and the next week i remove it from my playlist

3- or i could just keep going, and let go of this phase and that its totally normal to fee like shit in this period , QL1 is working on trauma and heals some stuff in my brain, and emperor is diging some ass belifes that i have :joy: so its gonna be hard for sometimes maybe 2 weeks or 1 week then things gonna settle down (the reason im saying this, bcuz this week was shit, last week i think was okay no hard stuff like im dealing with right now, so i had this prespective that sometimes shit will get hard, and sometimes it will pass if you give it time)

any input will be appreciated, :pray:

My input would be switch ldu to rebirthu for a week or 2.Will make the change smoother and reduce recon.If that doesnt work,then yeah add more rest days or do a washout

i wanna work with what i have , i read a post about you saying that sanguine or rebrith makes you go into 0 recon, thats intreseting! i will see about rest days

washout will be probably 2 months from now, last washout removed all my results its very strange, i dont wanna go through this again until i have a solid base :+1: of input into my submind

Rotate.

Prioritize your three titles based on a) your values and b) where you’re already taking the most action.

Adjust your stack proportions accordingly.

Do 1 day on 2 days off until you feel better. You will. There’s no reason not to.

Also, get your own preferred version of physical exercise and good nutrition.

Some general suggestions.

yes ive checked my values and what i think that should stay or get dropped,

its Emperor + QL + LDU (these are my top titles since they cover pretty much all my weakpoints for now, or the most important ones)

do you mean by that to drop the title for now? or you mean like alternate and do some playing like 1 week on/ of RM then / 1 week off and then repeat?

Look at what action you can take towards your goals without any subliminals first. If you can take proper action towards your goals for example studying…then add a program for studying such as limitless etc.

Do the same for all your goals. Remember start with narrow focused titles first. It’s perfectly fine not to stack also.

Learn how one title works with you such as the action taking then the reconciliation process then rest day and integration.

Thereafter proceed to complex broad titles.

all my titles that im running is oriented in a way that i can run them and take action everyday by just living within my values and goals, thats why it fits so perfectly, its not like im doing something out of my nature, its just powers my nature of doing stuff, and also help me eliminate some belifes that i have

That is a kick-ass stack.

Now set some benchmarks. Some short-, mid- and long-term milestones that you’d like to see. They’re not meant to be slave drivers. They’re there to remind you of where you’re going. You can change them at any time. No shame. Only compassion and enthusiasm. Try to pick things that make you feel joyful, not things that make other people shut up or get impressed. (Unless other people getting impressed is what really works for you. That part’s personal.)

So, choose something realistic that you’d like to build (Emperor) and something that you’d like to learn (QL), and then focus on that and leave the subliminals to do their job.

You can do it by month and by percentage/proportion.

Example

If you play one loop and if you do 1 day on and 1 day off; then your maximum loops in a month on any program will be 15. So your top priority program(s) will be played 15 times per month.

That should be for programs where you’re taking regular action and have realistic, tangible goals (and ideally have some experience already).

Then there may be a challenging program: you’re not taking much action or it’s in an area where you have a lot of blocks and challenges or it’s a very high-pressure program. So you decide to ease it in. You can build up to 15 loops per month later. First start form 8 loops per month.

Then there’s a mid-program. You’re somewhat new and it’s somewhat heavy. You’re willing to take action, but you want to get your feet wet first. So do it 11 or 12 loops per month.

So you have program A = 15 loops per month, program B= 8 loops per month, program C= 12 loops per month.

Let’s say
Quantum Limitless = 15 loops per month
Renaissance Man= 8 times per month.
Emperor= 12 times per month

Now, divide everything by 4 and you’ll get your maximum loops per week.
QL = max 3-4 loops per week
RM= max 2 loops per week
Emperor= max 3 loops per week

Now you can just spread them out and arrange them amongst your Play Days.

This week’s Play Days may be M, W, F;
next week’s Play Days may be Sun, Tu, Th, Sa

and so on. You get the idea.

It’s something you kind of have to figure out yourself, because over time different variables will change. You’ll get better at taking action, you’ll experience less (or more) recon. Your goals will shift. And so on.

But that’s one basic way of coming at it.

this is a perfect answer! im leaning now towards dropping RM for the time being maybe 2 weeks or so, or a month, more than im leaning towards rotating in a way, i could do like 1 month off of rm, then the next month ill put it back in a way like you explained, its such a good way to balance things out

i could do 7 loops per month untill things balance out, or do like 1 month on 7 loops then / 1 month off

but this is a perfect answer i couldnt ask for more my friend, thank you so much for you help buddy ur always giving insights and inputs to help others
