It can be an investment for them even if you live in it and they don’t.
Perhaps you live upstairs and there’s a tenant downstairs.
Or a clause that after 7-15 years, you’ll sell the house and split the profit with them somehow

I’ve read many times about how rejection wounds, unforgiveness (including towards oneself), hate, jealousy, judgementalism, bitterness and resentment can all have really harmful effects on both mental AND physical health.
As per Sanguine: The Elixir, gentle healing of these emotions and a shift into a positive mental landscape may well subsequently facilitate physical healing, or at the very least bring a big improvement in mental health.

What is the selection process for synergy modules and what goes into making one. Why not make all the synergy modules you can at once - how many synergy module ideas are there and what’s the capacity on how many you can make in a batch?
Instead of an idea suggestion thread, maybe it would be better to have an idea prioritization thread? Like a poll where we can vote on which synergy suggestions we want to see prioritized?
As for suggestions,
Another wealth synergy, this time based off the new EOG modules, would be powerful.
And a nomad synergy would be powerful as well, combining nomad and job seeker and free pass.
