I found that the more synergy modules you add the longer it takes for the custom to integrate. If you use more then two then it can take a very long time. Anyone had that experience ?

Really depends on the Synergy IME. Synergy Divine Dominion e. g. speeds integration up considerably.
The Golden One on the other hand needs a lot of bandwidth.
