I have this module in a healing custom, with the idea that I hope it would help to develop my energy levels in order to help support and fuel the healing and shifting from the other titles I’m using (e.g. BDLM, Synergy: Preordained Vitality, QL stage 1).
However, I don’t really know anything about the topics covered by Synergy: Energetic Transcendence, and I don’t have any experience with any kind of energy-based practice (such as Qi Gong, Yoga, etc).
And no plans to right now, in the near future at least.
With this in mind, is having this module in my custom a waste of time?
Or might I still gain tangible benefits from including it?
If it’s not likely to give a great deal of benefit, I’m thinking to rebuild the custom without it, since that would reduce the size/density of the custom and make everything else work faster.
PS: I hope it’s ok for me to ping the Answer Group for this? If I’m going to modify my Custom, I need to do it in the next day or two so that I can get the updated one in time for the end of my washout period, hence I have a bit of urgency about the question
