Hi I submitted a support ticket regarding a refund on 12th of august but haven’t received any reply on that please help.

Can you post the support ticket number in the thread that @RVconsultant posted?

Apologies for the inconvenience. Also, please remember to start a new ticket for separate requests once the ticket is closed. Also, please put the order number directly in the ticket. Third, everyone – the Q store has no refunds, that’s stated on the checkout.
Just a quirk in the system, it sometimes doesn’t get kicked to the top of the queue, so if the refund request was in an old ticket, it could take longer to get to. But I’ve asked support to go through all tickets and try to find them.
